Excellent place to live. The apartments are nice and spacious with either a patio or balcony on the outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to start cooking. Each unit has a washer and dryer included so you shouldn't have to make runs to a laundromat. The location is fantastic with almost anything you need within a 5-10 minute drive.

The staff is excellent as well. Yolanda, the manager, is always friendly and willing to do what she can to make sure that your needs are taken care of. I was on a time sensitive schedule and I was able to move in within 4 business days, that is super incredible. Thank you so much for all your hard work Yolanda.

New management in Diablo Vista in Springtown has some of the worst customer service and some of them are downright rude. The first managers who toured us the place and helped our move were amazing and super courteous! Now they've been replaced with a bunch of robots with no empathy and they always look like they hate working here. The property manager does not help or care if your items are stolen or damaged. I've lost all sympathy for the staff because at a time that we really needed their help, they answered us without compassion and without effort. Please be aware if you are considering moving here.

This place has the best staff ever. Yolanda went above and beyond to help me with every step of the leasing process. She was very friendly on the phone and answered all the 1000s questions that I had. When I could not visit the place prior to signing the lease, she went and took pictures of the apartment and texted them to me. The leasing process was so smooth, and it was all done in 2 days.
After my job offer was rescinded, Yolanda was very understanding and professional, she helped me break the lease without paying penalties. I really appreciate all what she has done!

So lucky to have met Yolanda while looking for an apartment. I needed to move ASAP and was happy that Diablo Vista had availability. I have two small children (one with special needs), and Yolanda was so considerate on his safety and accommodations. The apartment and the common areas are modern and upgraded. The grounds are nicely maintained including the playground. Anytime I needed a maintenance repair it was addressed quickly. It’s a very family-friendly complex! We only left because I bought a home, but it was a great 2 years living at DV!

face and she also makes me feel welcomed last is Mr Miquel I want to say a huge shout out to him he is sure extremely a hard worker and devoted whenever I see him on property he always has a huge smile on his face and is very friendly to everyone u can always count on him to get things done in time this complex has the best staff anyone can ever ask for or want Diablo Vista is the way to go if u looking to move and call it ur

The location and space of the apartment and complex are great. The property is clean and well-maintained. Even though there are many different people from all walks of life here, the place is very quiet and peaceful. Yolanda, the manager, has been amazingly helpful, patient and also generous in helping me to find an apartment at Diablo Vista. I was living in the Northeast and couldn't come out to choose a place. She answered all my questions, and provided all the resources needed to make the best decision. During the process of signing the lease, there was a lot of paperwork (which was important for both the landlords and myself) and she was helpful in making sure that everything was done to ensure I didn't get lost. When I got to the apartment after my flight with only two suitcases, Yolanda was so thoughtful and had bottles of water and a roll of toilet paper already in the apartment. The kindness and attention to detail shows you how great the apartments are and how much she has invested in making these apartments a great place to call home.

Diablo Vista has been my home for 3 years now. Under the newer management Yolanda, Miguel, and Christian have proven their dedication to the work place. They quickly and proficiently helped manage installing washer and dryers in every unit. They respond swiftly to maintenance requests and tenant questions or concerns. Yolanda provides the leadership needed to successfully manage a complex of this nature. Miguel is always smiling when you say hello. The gym, pool, and other amenities are awesome and well maintained. Thank you Diablo Vista for making me proud to call this place home. The neighborhood is also very friendly and a family complex.
