One of older female tellers have very bad attitude ，poorly trained, and are incapable of serving customers. she deliberately make things more difficulty . Is this company paying her just to enjoy the air conditioning? I am very disappointed as a customer of over ten years. Do not have business with them！！

I want complain to East West Bank itself not teller service
I was there few times to deposit or withdraw the money from my saving account and I have those saving deposit book
And few times I was there , the bank always have problems with there printer for to print the books , and the manager alway telling me because the manufacturer went bankrupt so they don’t have any part to fix , but i don’t think that’s the reason, why can the East West Bank upgrade their printer always give us the problem

I was at east west bank today and waited over 45 min. There was only 2 tellers for over 15 customers. The manager was there and didn’t seem to care. Horrible
