The lady that does renewals is the worst! There are all these signs explaining how not to get on her nerves, basically, but no proper instruction. She was annoyed that me and the other 5 people waiting for assistance were confused.

Went in the other day for a driver's license renewal . A very upsetting , demoralizing experience. The woman talked to me like I was a complete moron. Very rude . Very bad manners. Very impatient with me and had a smart mouth . I really don't see how employees can get away with treating people like this . It was uncalled for . Shame on you !

I'm not sure how the rude lady even still has a job there? Tax payers pay her salary and it's obvious that she doesn't want to be there and that she absolutely hates people. Too bad she isn't an elected official. She must have a terrible home life. It's the only thing that I can come up with as to why she is an absolutely awful human being. Elmore County, do better!

Very rude lady in the left office. Obviously she doesn't understand customer service. If someone puts her in her place then they are at fault? If you don't like your job do us all a favor and quit. It's pathetic.

The lady working there is so freaking rude. She talked to me and others in the waiting room like we were children. She even snapped at an elderly man. When I got back there she cut me off while I was talking and snapped at me. I think her name is Sherry. She is white and probably in her late 60s. I am from Montgomery and I thought the experience in Wetumpka would be better but I was mistaken. What a witch. I hope she finds a job working alone and out of the public because that would be a better fit for her.

Great efficient experience at drivers license office today. They were very busy. A young lady named Belle was extremely helpful and courteous to me and others.
