I bought a portable charger from them. It failed at some point and the warranty process went a bit sideways, but ultimately they understood my frustrations and refunded me. I think their 3-year warranty is quite nice if they can streamline customer communication a bit.

We purchased a charger at the end of 2020 for our garage, so we could charge out Tesla model y. The charger would not charge our vehicle, so we returned it. The first attempt to return it, the company refused the package. We were finally able to return it to the facility in March/April of this year. Today is 7/17/21, and we just got a refund, after countless hours of calling and emailing to get one. AND we were charged a 20% restocking fee. Yes, the fee is in their policy as "at their discretion," but what awful customer service to take over 8 months (from start to finish of this fiasco) to issue a refund, and then still charge us a fee. My family would never recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware!!

ETA: I see the owner of the company responded that we shipped the charger to Amazon, which was not the case. My husband was told over the phone by someone who works there that they have two locations, and we had shipped the charger to the 2nd location. The charger was returned to us and we had to ship it again to the same secondary location, because it was the only address that was accessible. We never had any interaction with Amazon for this purchase/return. We bought direct from the company's website.

I bought an 16 amp EVSE adapter for my Tesla Y. After two weeks of use, it stopped working. I sent them numerous email, never got any response. They just emailed me once, and asked me to use the adapter on different outlets, and let them know if it works, which I did. The adapter was faulty and wasn't working on any outlets. The original Tesla adapter which comes with the car works perfectly. I have asked them either for a refund or new adapter, but so far nothing. They claim all their products come with 2 or 3 years warranty. It is a big lie. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THIS IS NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY.

EVSE owner did the right thing and refunded my money when the NEMA 14-50 adapter I purchased in March 2020 did not work with my Tesla Model 3. I purchased adapter in mid-March just days before Covid-19 lockdown happened. Fast forward to Aug 2020 and my attempt to get a refund so long after initial purchase. John responded to my phone call and I returned item for refund. I ended up buying a Tesla adapter for $30 and it worked fine.
