Este lugar no asen las cosas bien pague para que mellegaran mi renvolso en 10 días y ya lleva 3 meses y no me llegan les hablé y saben que dicen es que nosotros no sabemos que pasa nono no saben pero bien que saben cobrar mejor dicho robar

I had such a great experience! Neomie is AMAZING! Such GREAT and positive vibe, very helpful. So professional, and smart. Neomei and the ladies in the office, are so nice. I was greeted when I walked in. Once I got in the seat, I was in and out. Sign, sealed and deliver. It cost me $160, to have it process. I normally pay $350.00 to $500.00. And I recieved a decent amount back with no dependents.Thank you so much, Ladies. It was my first time, here. And I will definently be back in 2020.

I wish I could give this business 0 stars.
I filed my tax return with them in April. The IRS sent me a letter stating that I cannot receive my tax return until I verify specific things about my tax return, but this business (if you can call it a business) never sent me my tax return documents. I have made multiple attempts to reach them, but they are never there. They say they are only available on Thursdays. I call on Thursdays and they are always working with another customer and tell me to call back. I finally talked to someone who agreed to send my tax documents last week but I never received it.

I should not be chasing you around to give me something that belongs to me.

It is now June 21st and I still have not received my tax return documents, which means I won't be receiving my tax return any time soon.

In conclusion, I will be filing a complaint with the IRS and the State of California for preparer misconduct against Exclusive Tax Service and Carolina Gonzalez.

Thank you so much for wasting my time.
