Ferrellgas is a joke long wait times on phone. Do not honor their price match as advertised. Which is dishonest price sometime is $0.50 higher than local rates. Very crooked people to deal with checking my mail man pulled in my driveway asking about propane if we were interested gave big talk about the company being so good if needed anything please call left his card called him later he had quit the company acted like he never worked for them.
Will not refund lease on tank when asked them to come and get it. It been months still setting in my yard. I have got to find a new company if they want their tank it better begone time new one is installed. I would not recommend them at all very poor very dishonest company. I should have reported the man for being on my property. I get upset everytime I think about Ferrellgas that how bad it is. Be careful dealing with this company they will tell you anything but the truth and trespass on your property to try get your business. For the hardship I have went through with Ferrellgas they should pay me for the mental stress I have encountered with them.

Their service guys were great, one missed a leak on their tank that we had but it was in a hard to get to valve. The second one, a year later, found the leak and took care of us by swapping the tank that same day. The office tried to charge me for hooking up the new tank so I told them just to come back and pick it up. I had to pay a pump out fee for them to get it. Everyone was nice, just very poor communication and the office is really hard to hear over the phone so it is a bit aggravating to try to get ahold of them.

Worst Company I've ever dealt with. They take immediate payment and then don't deliver your gas. My husband and I are sitting here in the middle of the worst snow storm in Arkansas in a decade and requested delivery a week ago, paid for propane before the storm and they didn't deliver our gas. There phones just loop in a circle and no one answers. Don't ever use this company.
