Fred has been a great accountant for me and my family. I started graduate school and didn't know anyone in Pasadena that could help with my complex tax situation. The entire team was respectful and very helpful. I just moved out of state and made a point to fly back to Fred to do my taxes, and I will continue to fly back as long as they are in business. Fred is the best accountant when it comes to tax prep. He did my 2012 tax. Got me more deductions my previous accountant always missed. When I told him I am moving out of the country in 2013, he actually spent extra time and gave me tax saving advice regarding the relocating free of charge.
Now it's time for 2013 tax. I am in a foreign country working with a foreign CPA. When I need information about my 2012 tax, Fred responded in a professional manner within hours. I got everything I wanted. He is the best.

I love this place, saved me thousands. I panicked when I first got several IRS letters for not filling, luckily I called this place and all my worries were gone. Fred and Chen were amazing, they sat with me and helped file my 2013-2016 taxes. They really outdid themselves best part is that I received a refund rather than owing any monies. I will be returning to file my 2017 taxes, call them you won't regret it.

Poor customer service - They do not return your calls. I have made at least 10 attempts to get a hold of Fred Figueroa via phone and email, to follow up on a simple question and still have not heard from him. I am told over and over by his staff that he will call me and he got my emails, but no call back yet. I would advise anyone to take their business elsewhere. He has also made at least one mistake every year on our tax returns...
