I wanted a case that was hard to find. Fuerte had them on their website. I live in San Diego where Fuerte is located so I called them and asked if they had any in stock. A very nice young woman (Allyssa) checked and said they did. I asked if they accepted walk-in business and if I could come down and buy one and she said "yes". I went down, Allyssa found the case I wanted, I bought it. Allyssa could not have been nicer or more helpful. I'm very happy with my purchase and experience. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. They have the biggest selection and variety of cases in their store that I have ever seen anywhere. The store isn't called "Fuerte", so you won't see a big sign that says "Fuerte". The store is called "C.A.R.G.O, Cases and Rugged Gear Outfitters".

The customer service I received to order awesome seahorse firearm cases was beyond my expectations! Everything was done through email.

2 things to keep in mind for a prospective buyer. You may visit this store or order online. You have the option to either pick up here, mail (next day delivery to the inland empire for cheap 🤯) or you can willcall straight from the factory!

But be warned, I placed two orders thinking that I would have been able to pick up a case at the factory early the following day and my UPS delivery would have taken 3 or 4 days as I was in a rush for a particular gun case.That wasn't the case with me.

As the previous reviewer mentioned Fuerte cases places their own logo on the cases they sell. Not a deal breaker but it would be nice to show off the seahorse label so adding their own label on top of that might be a better solution. Also the case I picked up at the factory is brand spanking new! I love the smell of fresh prescored pluckable foam! It has no label this time though.. bummer I really wanted a seahorse label. Again not a deal breaker.

Would I do business with Fuerte again? Absolutely! Next time I'll have my cases shipped.

Emailed them to say I liked their drone case, but had removed the patch with their logo because it didn't match the aesthetic of the case. Got back a ludicrously unprofessional and passive-aggressive reply about how important branding was, and how offended they were that I would remove the logo.

As Fuerte has apparently decided that the correct response to this review is a passive-aggressive reply denying that I was ever a customer, I’ve attached a screenshot of said email.
