Absolutely horrible customer service.

I tried this place after Electric Motor Repair closed permanently.

I dropped a motor off needing new bearings and a new capacitor (easy repair, just didn’t have time to do the parts research and repair myself)

The office lady was indifferent and more or less let it be known that my business was an inconvenience.

She called a tech up who explained “I may not want to do this because it’s $130/hr labor” which I explained wasn’t an issue. He said he would call as soon as they opened it up and got me a quote.

Two weeks passed. I called them up, explained who I was, and what I was looking for, and was told I’d receive a return call about the status.

Another two weeks passed. At this point, I just drove across town to stop by and pick it up, regardless if it was fixed or not.

I got a seemingly sincere apology about the confusion from another office lady who actually seemed interested in having a job, she talked with a tech, and they swore they’d call me the following Monday (this was a Friday afternoon.)

Another two weeks passed, no call. This motor wasn’t for something I couldn’t live without, so it was easy to let it slip my mind.

I went back across town the third time and demanded my motor. The lady from the first visit was there again, same bad attitude, and got a tech who walked out the door, didn’t say a word, didn’t even look up, handed me my motor, and walked back through the shop door.

The motor hadn’t been touched in 6 weeks.

I understand this place services huge industrial motors, and I am small time, but my $130/hr is the same as some corporation’s $130/hr.

If you want to be held up, lied to, and deceived, this is the place for you.

Never again. I’ll ship my stuff out of town next time.

The run capacitor went out on my shop compressor motor, and the numbers were worn off of it, so I wasn't able to find a replacement. I couldn't find a parts look up for Leeson industrial motors that showed one either. I called all over town and no one was able to help me out, until I called Hi Speed and talked to Tina. She was able to put in a call to Leeson and find me the right parts, and I had her ship them directly to me from Leeson. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff. If I have any other electric motor issues, I'll definitely be calling them back.

Employees are rude, Stand off-ish and just down right unbearable. Not only does their customer service fail, so does their pricing. Equipment tested here is literally 6x the amount as other local businesses.
