Brand new apartment, opened on 9/16/21. Great location walkable distance to college campus, Trader Joe's. Closer to freeway 80 & 113.

Excessive rent and they charge you lots of nonsense fees. Extremely cramped rooms. Walls are paper thin.

Lots of positive reviews are from people who haven't even lived here - that's because they ask people who only tour at the place to give reviews. It's a very sketchy apartment complex.

I love the amenities that they have here. I especially love the gym, and how it is accessible 24/7. The fact that I can listen to my favorite music on the tvs that they have in there while working out is super relaxing and makes my workouts that much better! I also love the fact that I can wash my clothes in the comfort of my own home with the in unit washer and dryer that we have in our apartment. Overall, I have renewed twice. Highly recommend! 🙂

I’ve lived in Davis for few years now and I’ve lived in few different apartment complexes but truthfully these (Identity) apartments are top notch from the apartments themselves, the stunning amenities, and the wonderful employees. I love it here!! Also the cleanliness is on another level here. I do wish residents would appreciate the amenities here and stop trashing it and breaking things, it really ruins it for everyone else and it’s also unfair for the workers that have to work hard to take care of it. Aside from that this place is awesome!

I have been on the property once because my friend lives there and the property is beautiful. The amenities are great for hanging out. One of my favorites is the game room that they have when I was there we hung out and listened to music and tried to play some pool as well as some Pacman on one of the arcade games they have available. There was only one person that walked in but they were super friendly. Other then that, it was super convenient that there was a mini fridge and ice maker in there, where we put our snacks and drinks. I’m definitely planning another trip soon!

I recently went on a tour of Identity Davis and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, especially my tour guide Lindsay. She was super helpful by answering all my questions throughly and showing me the different models at the end of my tour. I loved all the amenity’s, especially the well furnished game room. A huge plus is that it’s so close to a Trader Joe’s!

The cleanliness of this apartment complex is amazing. It Has so many different amenities to offer. Some of my favorites being the pool and event/game rooms. Such a great and friendly atmosphere around the whole complex. With breathtaking views and close campus access.

Living at Identity has been amazing! The location is the best you will probably get in Davis. Super close to trader joes and campus. The staff has always been super friendly and is very helpful. Something that is also really nice is having study spaces on the property. It is just a quick trip downstairs which is very convenient. I would recommend people to sign with identity especially if you first started looking into apartments.
