We were greeted immediately when we walked in, and also greeted by Alexandria with a friendly smile and an offer to help. She asked us if we were looking for anything in particular and took us to what we wanted to see.
From the get-go she made us feel warm, and welcomed.
She was a great help in finding what I wanted. I additionally brought in some jewelry that needed to be sized larger and she said she could have it done free Whoa. I still cannot get over that.
Her help and customer service was stellar.
Their payment equipment could use a little updating (the Jared company should look into that), but Alexandria's service far outweighed that problem.
We were overjoyed with Alexandria's professionalism, friendly personality and overall customer service. Don't let her go.

Finally getting to this, but definitely wanted to leave a great review for Samia here! She is an utmost professional, miracle worker and it was such a pleasure to work with her. We had a horrible wedding planner so we were really behind in our timeline come the last two months. So we had just about 1 month left, went shopping for the rings, started at Jared with Samia explaining what to look for and some initial pricing for what we had in mind. She didn't pressure us at all and was very patient and polite. We then shopped around at the mall and a few other locations but went back to Jared for Samia. No other service compared to her! She listened to us, gave us options with no judgement, stayed on top of our last minute custom order rings, gave us updates the whole way and the rings literally came in the day before just in time. Thank you so much Samia - we will always come to Jared now for all our jewelry needs!

This is one of many Jared stores that my fiancée and I have shopped at and had our engagement rings serviced at. Until recently, I thought that I would have to be getting my ring serviced every couple of months because I kept dropping the center stone of my ring. No other location was able to pin-point why or offer practical solutions that worked. Melissa and Alex were able to quickly note what was wrong and offer a reasonable and practical solution. I've never been happier with the service I've gotten and I will not take my jewelry anywhere else but to them if I have a choice. Melissa and Alex treated me with respect and helped to assuage my nerves with this whole process. 10/10 service and I'm glad this store is the closest one to home!

Whenever I come into this branch at Arden I’m immediately looking for David. He’s always so helpful and extremely patient with me because I’m VERY PICKY. Really friendly and knowledgeable about what’s in store. Also!!!! Junior, Ben & Adriana are definitely some skilled people! They cleaned my rings and they look like the day I bought them! Patrick didn't just help me with my replacement but also offered to clean my jewelries. He really took good care of them. I didn't really know anything about jewelries but Patrick educated me and made me appreciate them more. Everyone from the store was so warm and welcoming. No wonder my husband went here all the time.
