En esta compañía de propane cobran muy caro y nunca asen el servicio el mismo día ellos piensan que uno no necesitamos el gas llo no se que piensan en tardarse muncho. Te llenan el gas cuando ellos quieren. Lla llevo 3 días esperando y todavía nada 👎 está muy mal eso llamero se nos acaba el gas y no vienen 😤🤔😟lo asen al propósito para cobrarle a uno más dinero 💰 esperan que se nos acabe el gas estamos pensando en cambiar de compañía para *orosi *es más barato que dinuba!!!!!!!!Que opinan Raza

Hi,
This kamps propane is the worst hire in tha
Central Valley
They have the worst costumer service!
They don’t care about their costumes! I was ther clients for yers
But every time I need service it took forever to came 1 or 2 weeks late in winter time!
They are races people.
during Covid-19’s time I had a couple delays and my payment and the shut me of tha service!
With no notice!
In tap of tha they never came in pick up ther on tank
I call many times but they never picked it up! It’s take it my space! And they still charge
And many many more

Worst customer service. I can never get a hold of someone from the actual office. I purchased my home from my Mom and service needed to be changed into my Name. I called and left them messages and never heard back. Instead they send someone to come pick the tank that we were leasing. We were 50% full of propane we already paid for as well. I never received a letter in the mail as a notice either or a call saying they would pick up. Before my Mom purchased the home it was vacant for about 3 years yet they let the tank stay there no problem. I dont understand how they do business.
***Update. They did mail a check to my Mom for the unused propane that was already paid for and taken. Happy they no longer service my home. I found another company that is honest and with great customer service.

Best service in Central Valley.
These guys do a great job maintaining and services.
Rick and Octavio just installed my digital meter that transmits tank levels via cell towers. Never run out unexpectedly.
Larry installed it all new regulator and line tested for leaks and he also a great guy.
First tank gets a super discount as well.
Get out from under Don Rose Three Rivers and tell them Chip sent you.

I wanted to thank the Dinuba office for their beyond excellent customer service. From Cyndi in the front office who always is friendly and courteous and goes out of her way to get answers. To Bill in the office who came out to my home for inspection and took the time to educate me on propane and shut offs (since this is new to me). To Larry who always has a smile and will also guide and help me to Phil our driver who is friendly and always smiles. What a wonderful team. You guys are all accommodating, punctual, knowledgeable and you should get Kamps Kudos. With customer service like this i have no reason to go anywhere else. Thank you all.

We've used natural gas and/or propane for over 30 years (mostly propane.) We've moved three times and have used five different companies. Bar none, Kamps Propane has been the BEST I've ever dealt with. The drivers are respectful and courteous, and as we live in a free range area, are mindful of livestock and domestic animals. The customer service by phone is impeccable. Polite, fast, engaging, and joyful. I have spoken to Lorena (hope I spelled that right) for all my needs regarding set up, billing, and code standards. I could not ask for more in a company!

Said my tank expired and they wouldn't fill it. So, of course I had to buy a new one. Funny thing is, I've only owned the "expired" tank 7 months and have filled it without issue from my usual propane supplier. Now suddenly tanks expire? After 7 months? Yeah, total scam. If I had another option, I'd have rather gone there. Save yourself the hassle. ..
