I have been using Laguna Tax Services since 2018 when I was transitioning my business from a Sole Proprietorship to an LLC then a Corporation. Yvonne, and her team, were able to support me through this process and guided me through every step of the way. She was able to advise and answer questions since she has so many decades of experience as a business owner herself. She has helped me with my taxes annually and always does a great job. I always pay for her audit protection services too so that she can help me with any communications with IRS or other organizations. I highly recommend this tax service to anyone but especially for business taxes too.

Yvonne is wonderful! She explains everything, she loves what she does and she’s very personable! I have been a bookkeeper and accountant all my life but I never liked taxes. Yvonne is awesome! I left out of state in 2020 but still have my taxes prepared by Yvonne. I really appreciate that she is very detailed with her tax preparation services yet clearly explains things so I understand.
