I've been going to this Lending Bear for years, and I always enjoy going in to see what they have. The employees are always very nice, even when I had to pawn something. Today I bought a Pioneer receiver for my car. It was brand new with an open box. I immediately took it to have it installed. It works wonderfully, and it was a great deal. I've bought all kinds of stuff from them over the years, I've even sold them a few things too. I've been happy with everything I've bought from them.

I wanted to update my review today (8-17-24) because I had an exceptional experience with Rose. I see that she gets a lot of good mentions on here, and she deserves every single one. Rose could not have been more polite and professional today. She and the manager were very busy today, with people steadily walking in and out, but Rose took it all in stride, and never missed a beat.

I couldn't have made it without the help Lending Bear today, and I'm glad that they are always so nice and friendly to deal with. Keep up the wonderful work ladies, and Thank You All.

Update (12-3-24). I went in today to get my two items that I had pawned, and also to look around. I actually went twice today. Rose and Mandy waited on me today and they were nice and friendly as always. I was happy to get my cameras back, I was missing them.

They had an Apple CarPlay display that I had been looking at over the past few months. Rose showed it to me and plugged it up for me so I could see it work. She was just as happy as could be to do all that for me. I didn't buy it right then, because I wanted to think about it a little longer.

I went back later in the day to get the display, and Jessica was there this time. She rung it up for me and talked to me for a moment... all while very friendly answering the phone that seemed to never stop ringing at that moment. She handled it all like a champ, and even paid my tax on my display, saving me $4. Thank You Jessica, I was very happy.

I'm always thrilled when I get to go to Lending Bear here in Dothan. Of all the Pawn Shops in Dothan, they are truly the easiest to deal with. Thank You ladies for all for your hard work and dedication, and Merry Christmas to you all. 🙂
