I appreciate the team here. In January I blew out a tire while on holiday, and they were great about taking care of us. My car is a bit unusual, and they secured it in their garage, made sure it was protected, and kept me informed. I will say, I was very disappointed in their system issues with delays in getting tires, but it was not the shops fault. They worked with me and did their best to take care of me. Great team, and I highly recommend.

I purchased a set of tires from them a number of months ago. At the time, I wanted the tires to be strong enough to withstand 4 wheel environments (sharp rocks, etc.), reasonably good traction in mud and wet pavement and at the same time quiet on pavement and a comfortable ride. Well, I'm pleased to say that they found a perfect fit, nice job guys. The only downside is that my mileage went down about 1 mile per gallon. If I added another 5 psi in each tire would solve, but less comfort on pavement. In conclusion, I'm a happy motorist enjoying both the highways and back roads of Del Norte, again nice!

one of the most well run teams i’ve seen. i was helped by 4 different people in my brief interactions of getting tired replaced, when ever it seemed like i would have to wait a sec to get helped someone would appear carrying on the previous task smoothly as though they were all on the same page ahead of time.

We were on the road moving my daughter from Southern California to Eastern Washington taking the coastal route. On the hills coming into Crescent City we smelled what we thought were brakes. Well, we couldn't enjoy the trip without getting them checked. It was late afternoon and we still had four hours on the road so we weren't thrilled with the needed stop. The Crescent City Les Schwab immediately greeted as we were entering the building, took us up to the register and gathered our information. In a flash he was off and we were literally back on the road in about 30 minutes with, "you're brakes will need attention in the near future but you're good for now." Being between jobs this was such a relief for my daughter. So appreciated the speed, courtesy and honesty! Yay for Les Schwab.

These folks are always the best. Its getting harder to find great service anymore and this shop NEVER fails to impress. Always on it and they go out of their way to treat you old school, like a valued customer!

I was on a road trip on my motorcycle and had my rear tire blow out. After calling ahead to make sure it could be done, I was towed to their facility.

No one in the area had a motorcycle tire for my bike but since I had a car tire on the rear (a common practice for big touring bikes), they had the size tire I needed and replaced it for me.

They couldn't take the wheel off the bike because they didn't have a lift for it I assume but I was able to do that in the parking lot. They mounted the tire and it was at a good price.

One of their employees (Darin, if I remember correctly) loaned me a couple of tools I needed to get the wheel off...thanks Darin!

The only reason it's not 5 stars is that it took a couple of hours for them to get to it. Completely understandable as they were pretty busy. And hey...I was on vacation so not in a terrible hurry.
