Im very disappointed. That is full of hypocrisy, my father who is an American citizen is helping me file under his citizenship so i can receive my passport and ID. But since my biological mother is no longer in my life, turns into a whole mess. And this lady with white and gray hair stood in the way of the other 2 employees from helping us. Ive been here since i was 4 years old and i am now 19. My dad has been trying to get me an ID and still they dont know. These people in this office dont know how to help us.

You can pick up the DS-11 passport forms here. The online confirmation instructions from the state send you on a goose chase somewhere else… the confirmation email also says there is a $35 fee but doesn’t tell you about the $135 one. That would be okay, but i needed to write a money order. That meant an extra trip to the bank for me. So what should have taken 30 minutes took a few hours of running around. Overall the staff is super friendly and accommodating but the process/preparation isn’t very clear. Lots to get confused about.

Yesterday afternoon at window number 6 the lady that work's there took my wife's case and asked her some personal questions that i know shouldn't be asked, especially involving her pregnancy right now that shouldn't concern her right now. She was very rude close to the end of the appointment saying she was gonna leave if i wasn't there before 5 because i had to go get cash out of the atm since her card scanner wasn't working, also told my wife that some other person could assist her if she wasn't there by 8am to 10 am saying "it's not my problem if you guy's don't make it" We went today again in the morning 7/7/2022 and i wanted to talk to a supervisor to report that lady but i guess no supervisors at that those hour's..., who ever that lady is on window 6 made our day very hard yesterday

I believe I was helped by Leighanne when I went a week ago. Super sweet lady and we chatted for about 5 minutes before we even got down to the passport forms. Super informative and all around friendly person. For those going in with a passport be sure to get the money order for the amount it asks you to. Any additional fees can be paid with a debit card. I would recommend you schedule online and go midday during the week.

I was there to apply for a passport and I only had to wait one hour on a Monday so I think that was not bad at all considering the kind of facility this is. Its well organized facility and I thought I would have to pay for Visitor parking garage thats attached to the Court House, but it was free as well (maybe I got lucky?). I had good experience with the staff there.

Wow Leanne is absolutely amazing! She caught a misspelling on my new drivers license that I had just obtained and went ABOVE and BEYOND to turn a challenging situation into a positive one. Thank you Leanne!

Understanding we live in hard times after Covid. Though I've gone through their online requirements. And have failed to receive proper help on my current passport renewal. The web site is as bad as the teller whom are ment to be helpful. As a veteran I'm greatly disappointed.

I know they might not due passport, though I was sent thier by one of their tellers.

Amazing Service!! Great Customer Service... When processing my passport application. I went ahead and did a Online-Appointment at this location a day prior (it was super easy just pick the Location, Time and book it) and a email would be send to you as reminder.

There was no waiting line, it was not crowded, street side parking lot available. Personnel was friendly and helpful with my questions. From the time that i arrived to finish in took about maybe 20 minutes.

If you have aditional questions or concerns call them, they are really knowledgeable.... verify the correct amount for book/card Or both passports because that would have to be presented in Money Order, the other fee can be taken as cash/card.
*There is no passport photos services at this location.
(Walgreens, CVS, can take passport photos)

*Make your own copies of what was requested, if not it would be a small fee per page and they will make the copies for you.

*REMEMBER your passport would come separate from the other Original documentation that was requested*
