I travelled up from Essex to view a car at the Blackburn dealership and was treated very professionally from start to finish.

The car was very well prepared, sitting in the showroom on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for Dave Collier who went the extra mile to ensure a smooth process, with no high pressure sales. Danny completed the paperwork efficiently with a smile and reception staff were excellent.

Paul completed the handover and was able to answer all my questions. The whole team definitely exceeded my expectations and are so much better than my local dealerships in the south. Well done to all. Would definitely recommend !!

I’m writing this review to highlight the excellent service I received from Jo the receptionist. She was very polite and helpful every time we walk into the showroom she makes our time there pleasant. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable, and made us a hot chocolate whilst we waited for our appointment. She’s honestly an asset for Mercedes Blackburn, her service was outstanding.

Never been in, I merely drove past. It was there, it looked shiny and the cars looked mint. I'm sure the customer service is spot on, and if they want to give me a big discount on a car for saying nice stuff, that would be great.
Sadly this is just a response to Google spying on my movements and not getting their facts straight.

I have been treated very kindly by the receptionist Jo whenever I come in. Her service is 10/10 and she always has a smile and kind word for everyone. I wanted to write this review as she deserves a shout out. A couple of times my appointment has been delayed but I didn't mind as Jo was excellent company. I don't think I'd come in if she didn't work there. She really sets the bar high for good customer service.

My husband and I recently purchased a Mercedes from the Blackburn branch. Josh Service looked after us and helped us with our purchase. He was friendly, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. He took the time to show us all the different features of the car in the showroom and took us on a test drive to showcase the features. His guidance and expertise gave us a wonderful experience. It felt like he genuinely cared about our experience and showed an interest in getting to know it which made the experience feel very personal and enjoyable. Absolutely fantastic experience thanks to Josh at Mercedes Blackburn. Josh was very generous with his time and made the whole experience of buying new car completely hassle free. He's very professional and is extremely knowledgeable! He answered all of our questions (trust me when I say I asked millions of questions) and always made sure there was no reason for us to be stressed.
