I was searching for a new a class when I stumbled across this dealership. The sales process went very smoothly and the sales exec handling my order was faultless. Zees a top fella and very personable but shame he works for a poor dealership. However, the main reason for the low rating is the fact that my brand new car had scratches (as if scratched with a blade of some sort) which we immediately identified on delivery day but was missed by the showroom staff. This wasn't a pleasant sight and totally unacceptable for a new car. If Mercedes want to charge extra for the colour, at least make sure it’s handed to the customer in good nick. The blame was pinned on a new guy who joined the valeting team. The sales team did console us and promised to deal with it but after 2 weeks of back and forth i wasn't getting anywhere and decided to sort it myself by a local detailer. Under the white light after the decon wash, you could clearly see swirl marks and scratches of varying depth across the door panels and a poor polishing attempt at hiding their mistakes. It unveiled more cosmetic issues than we originally found.
All I can advise, if you really want a new mercedes, check everything from the paperwork to the car before driving off into the sunset. Dont buy any of the extras or agree to get the lifeshine done (even if free). Any issues with the car, cancel the deal and walk away. Dont fall for any promises or assurances. Once you walk away, you’re stuck with the car and any issues it comes with. You should deserve to get what you pay for and a few apologies/ texts/ calls wont repair anything. I will be reaching out to HQ to complain as it is absurd how one gets scratches on a brand new car and asked to drive away with it without the showroom inspecting beforehand. Also out of pocket by a few bob as I couldn’t trust them to sort it out for me in good time. Think it would have been incredibly incompetent of them and stupid of me to allow the same culprits try and sort the car out.

Booked my car in for a service (E Class) and was supposed to receive a 'like for like' courtesy car. They gave me a much smaller car (CLA) which was really cramped for my needs. Though this wasn't a *major* issue for, the car they gave me was very dirty (photos of the inside attached)...

The staff were friendy when dropping my car off and picking it up, however the uncleanliness of the courtesy car was a really bad experience.

First visit to the dealership as my local one had long waiting list. Very impressed from start to finish. Greeted by a lovely lady on the front desk, think she was called Katy, who welcomed me with a lovely coffee and posh biscuits.
I was the booked in by Craig, who was very efficient booking me in and explained the process fully (even though this had been done over the phone day before)
I was checked upon whilst waiting by another reception staff, molly, who topped up my empty coffee cup.
The whole experience was great and was done within the one hour time a lot I was given.
I’ll be back, even if just for the coffee!

I bought a new A class car this week and I could not be happier with the vehicle and service I received from Roy Scott!

I am a bit of a picky person but Roy sorted everything I requested and very quickly ! The customer service was impeccable and everyone in the show room and management were extremely welcoming. I will definitely use Marshall’s again in the future.
