Very good service indeed, and they are looking after their customers. Only went for bearing adjustment, which might seem simple, but I know it isn't. Guys, got me sorted, described everything to me, made recommendations, and the car feels great. I also forgot to ask them about screwing up one cover, which they did for no extra charge, and the car was already off the ramp, so they had to jack it up again. Very good service, and I will be coming back. Really worthy mechanics.

Great place and amazing service!

I’ve been through hell trying to find a garage capable to do a wheel alignment on my W169, as dealer prices are unreasonably high (£500!).
And finally I found Merc Care, apparently one of the few if not the only one garage in London specialising only on Mercedes.

Very responsive people, friendly and professional. They don’t mind spending an extra half hour after the end of working day to try get the things done, or simply to have a chat about our beloved Benz’es.
I experienced real human interaction and not being treated like a number.

1000% trusted, honest and professional.

Great service, took our car there with an oil leak and they managed to book as in and finish the job within a few days!!!
The receptionist is an amazing lady, polite and helpful, she helped us a lot with every query we had!

I have been using this garage for more than 20 years. Professional, polite, friendly with all the most recent equipment, incredibly knowledgeable on all Mercs from old to new.

No idea why some people have written poor reviews. The individual who thinks he can diagnose a fault with a standard OBD II reader is just foolish.

Don't pay dealer prices, come here instead. First class.

Can I just say Outstanding splendid service! Where do I start? I rang in enquiring that my remote lock was faulty and was having trouble getting in my car and then the lovely women on the phone advised me to not get worry and stressed as they can replace the battery so to come in after 2pm. I went in about 2:45pm and saw to the reception and there she was the same lovely women who spoke to me on the phone replaced my key fault out of all the worry and pressure took off my feet!

I can’t remember her name but thank you again Merc care goes to show how someone can uplift and brighten your day through dark and misery!

I was left feeling smiling and amazing 🙂
I will sure be back very soon. Miracle makers!! xxx

I found them to be more helpful then Mercedes themselves. Service extremely polite, friendly and helpful. As a woman, I felt safe to take my car there and did not feel as though i was being conned or ripped off. They explained in detail what the fault was and ensured that I understood. I will definitely be a returning customer.
