Very good service, Ryan was sure to update me on every step off the process, and delivery of the vehicle was smooth, would recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

Absolutely disgraceful driving from Merctrans driver. My partner was on a young horse today with another lady & requested a driver slow down. He refused & once passed blew his horn for a period of time. Absolutely disgraceful driving .

AVOID THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED Booked for my car to be collected a month in advance. Was given two dates to choose from, kept in contact with Ryan during the month. Message them today to make sure everything was ok for tomorrow and was told they would not collect my car! No apology - just told that 'these things happen'. Thank goodness that I that I contacted them the day before. * I have added a photo of the communications between myself and Ryan as per your response.
