Behold the new Mercedes show lot in Atlanta. It makes you feel like you are part of a club and it’s not just a sales/work shop. It’s sharp and everything contrasts well. New outdoor lounge area for customers as well. They really followed the open space idea. I do however not like that as a customer you have to stand while your advisor sits. That does not mean take chairs away from advisors. It means let us sit or put some mats down that cushion us while we stand. Beyond that….great place and amazing upgrade from before. See Julius for all of your needs. He is the best. I’ve worked with him for the last four years. Attentive and optimistic.

I recently bought a new Mercedes and had an excellent experience with Terrance. My journey was a little unique as I was out of town during most of the sales process and Terrance was very patient with answering all of my questions and had prompt responses. He went above and beyond to make sure I got everything that I wanted in my vehicle and assisted with getting it to my home. I would highly recommend working with him. AND I LOVEEEEEE my fully loaded car!!

can’t say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. they truly exceeded my expectations, especially after the purchase!

My Saleswoman, Barbra Williams, went above and beyond to secure an amazing deal for me. She even sent detailed videos of the vehicle, and her outstanding customer service was the main reason I chose to buy from her. Unfortunately, I had to complete the purchase on her day off, but she paired me with another salesman who handled the final approval and paperwork. He was great to work with, even though he was understandably busy with other customers’ paperwork. I appreciated his professionalism and effort, especially since I knew Barbra had set everything up for me.

After the sale, I was introduced to a technology specialist who walked me and my wife through customizing the car, including setting up separate profiles for each of us. It was such a fun and thoughtful touch!

HERE is the BEST part: I forgot to remove my parking deck sticker from my trade-in vehicle, but when I checked my new car the next day, I noticed the salesman had thoughtfully transferred the sticker for me. WOW! That level of attention to detail blew me away.

This dealership didn’t just sell me a car. They provided an exceptional experience. Highly recommend!

I started my car-buying journey with Craig Giddens while he was at Lexus, but before I could finalize a deal, I had to leave the country for work. By the time I returned, the cars I wanted were gone—and so was Craig, now at Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South.

Despite changing dealerships, Craig stayed loyal and helped me explore options. Halfway through my drive from Detroit to Atlanta, I learned the car I was coming to see had sold. Frustrated but hopeful, I called Craig. His calm response: “Don’t worry, brother. I got you.”

Within minutes, he FaceTimed me; showing cars row by row until we landed on a Certified Pre-Owned GLS 300. He promised to make the numbers work—and he delivered. The car was immaculate, and the deal fit perfectly within my budget.

I just got the scoop – Craig Giddens is officially heading to Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South! Over the years, I’ve bought not one, not two, but three cars from Craig. Plus, I’ve sent countless friends and family his way – they all ended up driving off as happy new owners too! As someone in sales myself, I know what good service looks like, but Craig? He’s next-level.

The guy’s got transparency and guest centricity down to an art form, which is exactly why I keep coming back. Here’s a funny story: the first car I bought from him? Craig actually called me while I was sitting with a different salesperson! To this day, I have no clue how he even got my number, but hey – it was meant to be. I ended up walking away from a lower price with a competitor for the exact same car, and I’ve never looked back. I almost hesitate to call Craig a “salesperson” – what he does feels a little more like magic!
