Steffi was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Being very efficient at explaining all aspects of the details relating to the (used) car that I was purchasing, together with the requirements and process with regards to my part exchange.
Once we had concluded the deal, we arranged a suitable date for collection and nothing was too much trouble for Steffi when it came to providing her time and knowledge about the car.
In addition, she offered to answer any questions that I has after collection, by phone or email, as required.
She also invited back to the dealership to go through any further questions and we have arranged that for 30 December 2024.

Can’t recommend the sales department enough, Molly was a brilliant sales women, when it came to placing our order for our brand new c class. Very patient and answered any questions we had the hole way through, very professional too. On April 30th, I scheduled a service appointment with Mercedes-Benz and dropped off my car at 10:00 a.m. I was informed that it would be ready around 3:00 p.m. However, I received no notification and when I called at 5:15 p.m., the receptionist said my car should have been ready by 2:30 p.m. Upon arriving at the dealership, the service team member claimed to have called me at 2:30 p.m., but I had no missed calls and showed her my phone record as proof. The overall attitude and customer service level were disappointing. Additionally, the showroom appeared empty with a lot of vacant space, resembling a bargain shop. Overall, it was a poor experience.
