I so wanted to leave a good review and it’s been about a month and a half. Wish I had noticed this stuff sooner but pneumonia had me down. I dropped my convertible off because my top stop working. Got it back almost 3 weeks later the top works but……..In the back of the coupe the carpet has a liquid stain and a black oil shoe print. ALL of my windows the tint is scratched so badly that it looks as if someone was clawing their way out. All I can think of is they took the panels off. However they are on is not correct because WHY are all of them digging into the tint to the point of ridged lines. Even the small ones in the back. One of the windows in the back has a C shape swerve the size of your open Just how? I expected better car care and service for $800 of labor hours. If I could have personally spoke with someone and got a remedy for this situation then I would not have left a negative review but NO ONE answers the phone! It just rings and rings. The entire ordeal was horrendous! At those repair prices customer service should be premium. Even if you tell them what’s wrong they write it down and I guess they can’t read because they couldn’t find what the problem was with my top even though I have told them already. And turns out it was exactly what I said it was! The lack of communication from their service advisors are really low but I don’t think it’s their fault. Because they are short staffed on mechanics. If your car has a serous issue don’t expect for it to get addressed until almost 3 weeks later. They will put every other car before yours and not just this location Union City Benz is the same way! You buy the Louis Vuitton of cars but get Walmart service ?

When I walked into Mercedes Benz of Buckhead, l was greeted by Jason Morton who provided the highest level of Customer care. He respected my time as he focused on ensuring that I was happy with my purchase and the price. I am 100% pleased with the company and especially the salesperson.

I have been a customer of Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead since 2015. My service tech is Troy Bartkowicz. He is the absolute BEST!!! Troy is always personable and greets me with a smile. He listens to my concerns and provides me with the best options for my 2010 ML350 and 2019 C300. Troy is very knowledgeable and responsive. I would give him the title of Excellent Customer Server and Expert MB Service Tech! If anyone asks (even if they don't), I recommend Troy at MB of Buckhead for any MB service issues. Troy, I appreciate all that you do!

Jason Morton is THEE best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with! His professionalism and knowledge of the vehicles are amazing! I inquired about the GLE 350 for my mom on Sunday and we purchased it on Monday! All the bells and whistles that she wanted in a vehicle were definitely in this one! Jason went above and beyond to make this deal happen! Next time you go to MB of Buckhead…ask for Jason Morton!
