Foothill Ranch Mercedes dealer and more specifically Sean Roslon were outstanding. My transaction with them was flawless and more than that was completely painless. The deal was negotiated over the phone with no surprises when I got there in person. Sean picked me up at the airport (that was very nice of him). The car was ready and beautiful. Transaction of a 100k plus went very quick and all the personel was friendly. My next Mercedes purchase will be with Foothill Ranch Mercedes and hopefully with Sean Roslon. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you Sean for everything. I will contact you on my next purchase.

My wife and I had a great experience making our first Mercedes purchase with help from Sean (sales) and Conrad (finance). Sean was very professional, courteous and patient right from the start, and I enjoyed our conversations about the Mercedes brand and formula 1 (go Lewis). We were one of the last customers for the day, and Conrad was also very patient to wait for my wife to drive back with the car to be traded in so we can get all the paperwork done and drive away with our shiny new silver arrows. We had our eyes on a car from another brand for months if not years, but we were turned away by our experience at the other brand's local dealership, just earlier on the same day we stepped into this Mercedes dealership and drove away with a new car. Our experience between the two dealerships was a day-and-night difference, and that's why this dealership got our business, and not the other one.

I visited Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch for a tire replacement after scheduling an appointment. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the standards I’ve come to expect from Mercedes-Benz service centers.

When I arrived, Service Advisor Arthur Smith informed me that they couldn’t perform the service that day and asked me to leave my car in their service department. I requested a loaner car, but he stated that none were available. When I asked to have my car returned so I could come back another time, he changed his stance and agreed to service the car that same day, instructing me to wait in the guest lounge.

After inspecting my car, Art Smith approached me and admitted that he had "totally forgotten" to mention there were no tires available for replacement. He said the service could only be completed the next day. When I asked for my car again, as there were supposedly no loaner cars, he directed me to the loaner car desk. To my surprise, loaner cars were available, contrary to his earlier claim. The loaner desk staff worked efficiently, even while assisting multiple customers ahead of me, and provided me with a car, which ultimately salvaged the day.

I’ve visited multiple Mercedes-Benz service centers in different states, and this was by far the most unprofessional and disappointing experience I’ve had. It fell significantly below the high standards that Mercedes-Benz is known for.

I do not recommend visiting the Foothill Ranch location for service. If you must go, I strongly suggest avoiding Service Advisor Art Smith. Other Mercedes-Benz service centers provide a far superior customer experience.
