In short, I had expected more from a Mercedes dealer, especially one that I had been a customer of.

I had seen a 911 on my way out one day after picking up some coolant for my other car from their parts counter. A few days later I went for a test drive, and made my offer. It was too low for the sales manager, so we left things at "you have my number."

A few weeks pass, and I get the call from their salesman that his manager had agreed to my number. This was at the end of the day on November 30th. I confirm with the salesman that our deal is NOT contingent upon closing prior to the end of the month. I call the local Porsche dealer that evening to get on their schedule for a pre-purchase inspection. They can't get me in until Monday. No problem, I think. Friday I apply for the loan and get it approved. Friday afternoon it all falls apart. I get a call from the salesman that one of the sales managers had "taken it off the board" and sold it to someone else.

I understand that a deal isn't truly a deal until money changes hands, paperwork is signed, etc. What has me livid is that we had a verbal deal, and I wasn't even given the first right of refusal. Nobody called to offer me the car as-is. On speaking with their sales manager, I wasn't even offered an apology. The closest we got was "I don't know what to tell you." It's been a week now with no olive branch, no offer of any kind to make it right. All I have to show for it is a hard inquiry on my credit report.

I expected better from "my" Mercedes dealer. Lesson learned.

Bought an AMG GLC43 here several years ago, and have had it serviced here ever since.

The sales experience was incredible - no run-around, very fair price, direct and professional.

The service department is stellar - efficient, courteous, great facilities, and have immediately addressed the couple of very minor issues that arose, and have handled routine maintenance quickly and easily.

Would highly recommend for both sales and service. And BTW - love the vehicle!

Got to love getting flipped off by the 16/17 year old who's texting while driving, one of the company cars I must add, and sitting at green lights while he decides his social life is more important then the rest of what society has going on. Must be the errand boy who drives the vehicles across the street to get detailed. Clearly this kid got the job through a relative and the apple must not have fell very far from the tree...

DON’T DO IT!!! RACIST & HORRIBLE PEOPLE including MANAGEMENT!!!I had my car towed from Virginia to this dealership for repair on 6/10/22, arrived @ 2:30pm. Received call from Jonathan told me diagnosis. Agreed to have service done. Cost $1346.00!!!! I Picked up car 6/17/22, car Vandalized ripped off radio door in dashboard. Everything in glove compartment was thrown around interior! All change was stolen. Manager told me I had to put claim in w my Ins company they were not responsible!!! Very nonchalant unconcerned & refused to be responsible for damages while in their care!

It was an absolute pleasure to bring my (much treasured) Mercedes Benz, C Class 300 sedan, into the service center at Mercedes of Greensboro. I was met with welcoming elegance and helpful intellect...at every turn; beginning with the knowledgeable young woman at the desk, to the friendly and helpful service "parts guy" in the window... which opens into the parts, storage area. Continuing on with the pleasant fellow who advised me, while we did a walk-around, and the the guy in the office who followed through with the paperwork details. I should have gotten business cards from each individual, but no matter. I am THRILLED to be a BENZ owner, and so pleased with this classy reception. throughout. And to re-work a line from Janis Joplin's songbook, "Thank Thor for giving me a MERCEDES BENZ; my friends all drive Porsches; I more than made amends!"

Went in Monday and looked at a car and instantly fell in love with it . Matt was there to help us along the way & answered all of our questions. We had a few bumps in the road at no fault to the dealership. Matt constantly stayed in touched and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. This will be my first Mercedes and will definitely not be the last I buy from them. 10/10 recommend dealing with Matt.
