We recently purchased a vehicle from out of state here. I was impressed with the friendliness immediately. Quan was so kind and answered all of my questions over the phone. He proactively sent me a video of the vehicle within 10 minutes of my first call, pointing out each of the features that I’d asked about. He followed up with me consistently, but he was never pushy or annoying about it. The night before delivery, he even sent me a video of the car as they were detailing it which got me even more excited. The dealership was very accommodating and easy to work with!
