What a wonderful, wonderful experience of buying a car! I haven’t bought a car from a Mercedes dealer before but don’t think I’ll ever do it any other way in the future! Dillon was amazing from start to finish and the more I spoke to him, the more I realised that this was the best decision.
I bought a 2018 car which is so immaculate it’s like it is brand new. And I was treated as if it was a brand new car. It was even covered in a cover for the big reveal when I went to collect it.
Dillon was very open, very professional but also very lovely to deal with. I never felt pressured to buy, but very quickly realised that buying from such a reputable dealer comes with a lot of piece of mind when buying a second hand car.
Dillon then handed us over to Will, who was equally great to deal with and when we collected the car, it wasn’t the long protracted process that I have experienced before. It was slick, digitally automated and very professional.
Also everyone in the dealership had a nice sense of humour and I never felt like I was in ‘a man’s world’ which car dealerships can make you feel sometimes.
The treated me really well and made the whole process feel very exciting and special, like I had really treated myself to a very special car.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Will at the Mercedes Norwich branch. This was my first time purchasing a used Mercedes, and the service I received from the start was brilliant. I can’t express enough how informative and attentive will was from the off, everyone at this Mercedes branch was extremely friendly and approachable when needed.
I originally had a bad experience at the Ipswich branch which is local to myself, where the staff were extremely rude. So I was a bit apprehensive at first because of this but the Norwich branch couldn’t have been more different. So thank you very much for everything. I would highly recommend this branch!
