I was welcomed by Phil when I visited Mercedes in Stockport. I had rang earlier in the day to arrange a test drive for the car I found online.
Phil was really nice and very knowledgeable regarding all Mercedes products. There was no pressure and we sat down with a coffee and discussed the car I wanted. (The coffee was excellent!!)
I went for a test drive in a Mercedes A-Class and the car sold itself.
During the test drive, Phil explained the ‘My Mercedes’ onboard computer system and demonstrated example of how to use things. He was very knowledgeable and I was very impressed by him.
Once back at the impressive showroom, we sat down and discussed things further. There was never any pressure from Phil and I felt very valued. I have to say that the Mercedes A-Class is absolutely outstanding and I have got value for money. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
We agreed a date for handover. When I arrived, Phil was there to greet me once again. I was offered a coffee once again and was introduced to Archie who completed my handover. Archie was just amazing! A young lad who really knew his stuff!! He sat me down and completed all paperwork within 10 minutes. I was taken to a private room where my car was under a cover. My car wasn’t brand new but it felt and looked like it was! The car was inside the show room and Archie pulled the cover off to reveal my dream car! The car looked absolutely beautiful and it was gleaming. Archie sat me down inside the vehicle and went through everything I needed to know. There was no rush at all and he answered all my questions with ease.
The whole experience was truly amazing and I can’t recommend Mercedes in Stockport enough. Phil and Archie, I just want to say a massive thank you to you both for making my car buying experience perfect! Steve.

I recently purchased my new car through a sourcing company who helped to arrange finance. Very straight forward process which all was handled by Mohammed. Arranged collection within a few days after payment was received.

At the showroom the handover was done by Olivia, who was very chatty and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. She also arranged a car reveal in its own room which was a nice little touch. Please pass on my thanks to Olivia!
