My daughter went here for a transmission service on her Mercedes. She waited for the vehicle while it was being repaired. She ended up waiting longer then expected.With no hesitation they discounted the service work for her having to wait. She also said her service writer was very friendly making sure to check on her and make sure the technicians knew she was waiting. Good service is hard to find today. This service dept was great‼️‼️ Thank you for taking care of my baby.

I own a 2023 Winnebago Revel which is a Mercedes Sprinter Van rigged for camping. Though I live in Richmond VA I have my van maintained by the Mercedes crew in Virginia Beach...I've found them so much more knowledgeable on the vans and the diesel engines than the Richmond Mercedes. My service rep is Joy and she's well named! Recently was traveling out of state and had a question regarding a sensor...she discussed it with a service tech and got right back to me. She gave me good information when I was many miles away.
I'll continue to come down Rt 64 to work with you. I also enjoy timing a little RV R&R at First Landing Park when I schedule maintenance with you.

This used to be my favorite Dealership. 2 stars because My Sales rep Donovan was and is still very awesome! HOWEVER, Service department is becoming the worst set of people to deal with! Since buying my car in 2018, I’ve had every service done at the dealership. That is until last Thursday when i tried to get my tires changed elsewhere and the little black box with the wheel lock key is missing. Went over to Mercedes only to be told they cannot get me in because it’s late (almost 1500) and that i need to buy a new key for $50 and it’ll be there Monday. Because I had to get on the road for a long road trip, While there, I asked if I should schedule an appointment for Friday morning tire change. I was told not to and to just come in the morning because they do tire service as walk in from 0730-1500. Got there at 7:25 and was told they cant do it because of multiple appointments ahead of me.

Additionally my check engine light has been on since MAY!! And I was told the part that it needs is on back order for months! But there is no communication from my service advisor when asked for status. It has been Months. Before I know it the extended warranty time will come and pass and they would want me to pay for the repairs myself.
I also had a sunroof repair done in March and the first time i went through a carwash after the repair, my roof was leaking unto the center console. Sent a video to the service advisor and got No response. When i visited for a tire change I Spoke with another advisor and was told i would need an appointment for them to look at the sunroof to make sure all seals are good to go.

You would think a leaking sunroof would be something they can skip the damn appointment for!!

This place needs to do better.

My partner and I purchased a vehicle at MB of VB last month and could not be happier with our experience there! We worked specifically with Donovan, who was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He went above and beyond for us and helped me secure the perfect SUV! The extra customer service touches he provided stood out to us and were very much appreciated - especially since my partner had also just purchased a new vehicle at another dealership and definitely did not receive the same level of exceptional customer service.

This Mercedes dealership was so easy to work with - reasonable, responsive, and not at all pushy (unlike other dealerships in the area we had gone to during my vehicle search). I highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would, Every single time I go for service of call I could never speak to anyone. I’ve left 26 messages and not one got returned. The last time I had service, seat replacement they scratched up both front doors and peeled the fabric on the door. I was told they would fix it for free. That never happened because I wasn’t able to get an appointment. Now my car is there for service, they gave me a junk Toyota truck. And text me telling me my car needs all this other work. Please just focus on what I dropped my car off for. I’ll have to drive to Hampton a totally different dealership but cause this one it not it. I was going away for thanksgiving and I refuse to drive that junk loaner car they gave me. I’m pissed

I have serviced my vehicles here since it was Phillips. Once the dealership changed hands the level of customer service from the service staff has declined. It does not match the brand at all which is very disappointing. I support this location due to convenience only. This last visit- I had my car towed because it was inoperable. After repair they didnt even remove the tow hook from the front of the car. It was still screwed in the front. I removed it when I got home. 2 stars for the checkout counter and staff at the parts window. They have always provided good service.
