I have serviced my car C359e first time with MercServices. I am very happy with their's customer service, as I spoke to them over the phone to book the car for service the Manager David explained properly about the service. I asked him couple of questions about service he has explained properly without any hesitation. When I dropped off my car for service on that day then he took me to the Morden bus station
for catching my bus to return back home. Service prices are very reasonable and they have done a great job. After servicing my car, they washed and vacuum my car as well. The servicing including safety checks as well. I can recommend anyone who wants to service specially Mercedes Benz car.

I popped in at MercServices unannounced - dealt with Luke regarding the coding of my rear spoiler. This is something they were not sure about. Nevertheless Luke researched into this and found a solution. I’m glad to say they completed the job promptly and effectively. Well done to Luke and the team. Will be coming back.

First time using this garage and had a really good experience. Luke was really helpful on arrival and the work was completed quickly. Luke provided exceptional customer service for me, he gave me a slot between a packed timetable as he heard I had a flight to catch. My car was misdiagnosed with a fault on the compressor elsewhere, but he was able to identify the issue correctly. Luke’s diagnosis saved myself £1K-£2K, he also provided some extra work on the engine free of charge. Top service, considerate and very friendly. Highly recommend MercServices. Luke at MercServices has looked after my cars for the past 2 years, and I've been more than happy every time. I figured it was only right to leave a review.

You can expect the same level of service as the main dealer (if not better) at much lower prices and turnaround times. Digital service log book is all filled in every time, and the fact they use the official mercedes diagnostic equipment brings a piece of mind that they clearly know what the issue is first time around.

Friendly but most of all trustworthy and honest staff, I know that my car will be well looked after when I leave it in their hands.

They have always been transparent with what work needs doing, and have given me heads up on things that may need to be done in the future, never pushed an unnecessary repair like some other garages have done in the past, and the complimentary car wash with my annual service is well appreciated.

I would highly recommend!
