Outstanding service to my old e280, what I thought was a minor issue with exhaust emissions , was quickly diagnosed by Graham and his team as something substantially more serious. I was kept upto date by Graham by phone and emailed pictures of the worn parts, they went out of their way to repair parts where possible or replace with new or approved reconditioned parts. It’s many years since I’ve felt so reassured by a local garage .

Just had a raft of work done on my 2014 CLS AMG Line at this garage, A5 service, MOT, New starter battery, some bodywork, wheel refurbishments, rear Brake lines, water pump and rocker cover gasket, plus some other bits & pieces, they even fitted some replacement trim that I had purchased and never got around to fitting for next to nothing, arrive to collect the car and it was in the process of being washed & valeted car looks brand new, they walked me around the car and showed me all of the parts that they had replaced, top notch service, polite and helpful staff, Graham and his team are excellent, Dannie was a delight to work with, kept me up to date at every stage, cannot recommend these guys enough, give them a try you wont be disappointed

Very happy with Merc Spec.
Had my car booked in for a service, but a couple days before my booking the car starting having what seemed to be big engine problem? They squeezed me in so as to diagnose the problem and resolved it (turbo issue). They also serviced the car.
Very honest and reasonably priced too. Even cleaned my car.
Highly recommend.

The lads told me to come back later and they squeezed me in even though they were very busy. Very professional and quick.
