First class service and extremely knowledgeable. Graham and the team were always very fair and reasonable when dealing with issues with my car, even after fixing a latent fault and a subsequent issue arose. Couldn't ask for a more positive experience with a garage.

Outstanding service to my old e280, what I thought was a minor issue with exhaust emissions , was quickly diagnosed by Graham and his team as something substantially more serious. I was kept upto date by Graham by phone and emailed pictures of the worn parts, they went out of their way to repair parts where possible or replace with new or approved reconditioned parts. It’s many years since I’ve felt so reassured by a local garage . Highly recommended

Just had a raft of work done on my 2014 CLS AMG Line at this garage, A5 service, MOT, New starter battery, some bodywork, wheel refurbishments, rear Brake lines, water pump and rocker cover gasket, plus some other bits & pieces, they even fitted some replacement trim that I had purchased and never got around to fitting for next to nothing, arrive to collect the car and it was in the process of being washed & valeted car looks brand new, they walked me around the car and showed me all of the parts that they had replaced, top notch service, polite and helpful staff, Graham and his team are excellent, Dannie was a delight to work with, kept me up to date at every stage, cannot recommend these guys enough, give them a try you wont be disappointed

Wouldn't take my Audi anywhere else. I have been using Merc-Spec for 4-5 years now for my annual car service and MOT, and any little problem that pops up. Nothing but first -class service, from the friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable ladies in the office, to all the technicians that have treated my car with respect and carried out faultless work. A special thank you to them for taking my car in at a moment's notice to solve a minor problem.

Highly recommended these guys. Second time I’ve used them for a service and MOT. Picked my car up today at 15.30 after dropping off at 8am. Very honest about the price break down and what work needed to be carried out. Great professionalism and excellent customer service.

Very happy with Merc Spec. Had my car booked in for a service, but a couple days before my booking the car starting having what seemed to be big engine problem? They squeezed me in so as to diagnose the problem and resolved it (turbo issue). They also serviced the car. Very honest and reasonably priced too. Even cleaned my car. Highly recommend.

I only have good things to say about Merc- Spec I turned up in a bit of a state as i needed to get to Manchester airport in 2 days car was not going to get me there due to the problem. They are booked up for days in advance but The lads told me to come back later and they squeezed me in even though they were very busy. Very professional and quick. Thanks lads very much appreciated.

I have used Merc Spec for a few years now for servicing, repairs etc for my Car. A very good business who I would highly recommend, polite, professional and most of all, trustworthy, which is not easily found when trying to find a reputable garage. 5⭐?
