Called to ask about adhesive for a top load washing machine lid. Was told, very rudely, they don't have it and can't get stuff for a Samsung... very rude and offered zero assistance

I really love spending my money locally. The Saturday guys are always on their game. They saved me a bundle of dough and time once more. Just needed a fuse and a microwave door micro switch. Got them both for much less than online. It's all good. And didn't have to use the self checkouts. Thank you.

I have worked with Ricky, Stephanie and Nate. They are all very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Many parts are in stock. Others can be obtained the same day (sometimes within the hour) or the next day. Competitive pricing, including online prices. Great overall experience. Highly recommended.

Not very helpful at this location. Have plenty of parts, but I usually get some kind of attitude. Just never feel like I’m getting a crew of people who care about the customer. The other location in Rogers could really teach this one a bit about customer service.

Good selection of genuine products. I picked up replacement handles for my refrigerator. Wish I could've paid for just one handle instead of both, though. But, they got the parts next day so I'm happy about that.

Rogers location.
Stopped in on Monday. Nobody at counter. Waited several minutes and finally left. Called them on Wednesday. Put on perpetual hold. Hung up and sent in email request with my part numbers. No response. I don't know what else to try. I can order from Amazon but prefer giving my money to local businesses. My advice: find another local vendor or just use the internet and be done with it. Sad.

My family has always bought repair parts here. Most of the time it is cheaper than going to bigger retailers and they dell a bunch of parts I would otherwise have to order online. No one wants to wait for a washing machine part and have to use a laundry mat.

I was looking for parts (the 3way intake valve and the hotwater intake valve) to my LG washer. I called, they had the parts. Without doing a lot of comparison shopping, it was cheaper than the internet. After calling and confirming they had the part, there wasn't a lot of service involed - I just drove up, walked in and bought it. But they seemed like good chaps. I believe they sell floor models, which I appreciate them not trying to push on me. I just needed the parts. P.S. I did fix my washer. Thanks to utube.
