Ask for a cafe late but the person helping or trying to help kept saying that they only made cappuccino and Americano drinks. I politely told her that the difference was cappuccino had foam and late was milk so it could be done. I guess it was the language barrier that made it awkward and difficult to communicate. They drink she made me was horrible tasted like dirty water and not like coffee at all. To have more customers come in and come back training is needed if you care to stay afloat in this competitive business!

First time customer here. I was completely overwhelmed with the number of options available (and that's a good thing!,) given with how there aren't much stores in SoCal selling Eastern European imported goods! Decided to try out 3 things: tarragon soda, kvass, & Russian chocolate. Overall, all the products were good, I'm just not sure about the pricing. Next time I come back, I gotta try some new items!

Я была в этом магазине не один раз, все было отлично, но сегодня я впервые столкнулась с таким хамством и неуважением к покупателям! Сегодня мы с отличным настроением пришли с сестрой позавтракать , там было 2 продавца (2 девушки) , мы заказали одну порцию блинов с творогом, и попросили блины с красной икрой, нам ответили что с икрой нет, мы решили что купим отдельно икру, и закажем 4 блина ( девушка мне сказала стоимость одного блинчика) , в итоге нам принесли всего 3 блина и целую банку икры,даже когда девушка отдавала заказ не соизволила извиниться или предупредить что тут всего 3 блина вместо 4, я подошла и вежливо попросила добавить нам блинчики, на что они на меня посмотрели и сказали что у них больше нет блинов, я у них спросила почему они сразу меня не предупредили , для чего нам тогда целая открытая банка этой икры! На что их ответ был «так получилось» . Мы сидели около часа в кафе, к нам не подошел ни один человек! До этого такого не было никогда! ни разу не забрали у нас посуду, не принесли счет , и т.п. Больше мы сюда не вернемся.

They charged different amount for the Varenyky than on price tag. I asked to give me bread with seeds but the girl gave me without seeds but charged for the one with seeds. Noticed that when I was half way home, had no time to come back.

Bought a beef pirozhki for $3. They warmed it up for me. Pretty good. They also have a restaurant portion which I might try later. Everything was expensive relative to Jon's. I could get some of the same stuff at Jon's for cheaper.
