Needed Livescan fingerprinting done for a volunteer opportunity. Called the number provided and spoke to a man who made an appointment for me on 8 am on a Saturday. I don’t normally love waking up at 7 am on a weekend, but I did just to get this out of the way. Drove all the way over to Pasadena just to sit and wait outside a closed business. I called the same number multiple times, left a voicemail, and never got a response. After about 30 mins of waiting, I decided to cut my losses. They never showed up nor did they call to offer an apology or even an EXCUSE for leaving me hanging. Seems like I’m not the first patron this happened to either - very very unprofessional. If you’re unable to show up to your business on posted times, let alone to your APPOINTMENTS, either update your hours or write “only show up when we feel like it.”

Sign said "OPEN" and was only 3:46pm and the hours listed on the door, internet, and the phone answering machine said they were open until 5:00pm on Saturday. Lights were off, door was locked. Spent 40.00 on an Uber to get there. BE WARNED. You can get better service at 3 other locations within half a mile. There was a smog shop and a dealership with great customer service. The smog shop closed at 4 and it was 3:59pm and I called. He stayed open until I could get an Uber and get there. Go where you are wanted, people. Too many options out there to settle for a business that closes early but leaves their open sign lit... insult to injury.

One Stop is the only place I'll go, because Eric is the man. I've registered three cars here and he makes you feel like family. Skip the DMV, support a local business, and go to One Stop!

This place is a great find! I was very skeptical, but I went there because I’d renewed my registration online and never got my sticker or new registration in the mail. Well, I dread the DMV, so it was either the DMV or try this unusual place… wow, I was outta there in 5 minutes with everything! Erik is terrific.

After moving back from Arizona, I needed to re-register my car and was on a tight deadline. Eric and Peter helped me fill out the necessary paperwork and made the trip to the DMV for me the next business day!
