1. La taza mas chica esta enorme, deberian de hacer medidas mas chicas y venderian mas.
2. A la taza chica le ponen 3 scoops ? Le pedi una scoop me dijeron que no se podia, 3 scoops es demaciado,
3. Le pedi que me pusiera una scoop de una y otra de otra ya que iba a darme 3 scoops con el mas chico y me dijeron que NO se podia ?👎👎
Si queria otro sabor tenia que agarrar otra taza chica y agarrar 3 scoops nuevamente 🤦🏻

Un consejo: ya que van a vender medidas grandes como chicas, permitan a las personas que elijan diferentes sabores ya que estan poniendo 3 scoops no solo una. Si fuera una scoop en el chivo se entenderia que no puedes dividir una scoop.. pero cuando pones 3 scoops en una taza no veo el por que no se puede elegir diferente sabor. Venderian mas con medidas mas pequeñas y permitiendo a las personas elegir sus sabores..

TRULY AUTHENTIC! I satisfied my Mexican sweet tooth today by ordering a Chocolate Abuelita flavored ice cream cup. The ice cream tastes exactly like the iconic Nestlé Hot chocolate tablets, it was sweet, creamy and oh so chocolatey! The staff was super nice, the girl at the stand offered us tastes/samples without us asking and was efficient. The shop was really clean and the value for what you get is amazing! I got two huge whopping scoops, they didn’t skimp out! I’m looking forward to returning and trying the other flavors like cajeta, cotija and more! Note, they don’t have AC running so it can get warm really fast, I’d suggest eating in your car or outside, until they fix it!

Good ice cream selection and good customer service. “There isn’t a restroom” was troublesome since my son had to go and there appeared to be a restroom without any “not for public” signage anywhere. The parking lot is sketchy, but that’s not the restaurant’s fault.

I’m more so confused rather than upset. The prices on the board don’t match what I was charged. If your prices have gone up please make sure to update it, unless I’m confused. The prices read $5.75 and $6.25 and I was charged $8.25. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

We came here to buy a few desserts for Father’s Day in the late afternoon. As soon as we walked in you could tell the two ladies weren’t to happy to see people walk inn. We ignored it decided to order anyways. As we’re ordering my nieces started to wiggle and complain that she needed to use the restroom. She’s 4yrs old and couldn’t hold it in. So we asked the lady helping us if she could use the room. The said it was out of service with a grin on her face. My brother asked if it was “out of service” or was it not available to the public? The lady with a smirk says it’s not open to the public. He asked if they could an exception. Both my brother and sister in law pleaded with the women. They asked if she could ask the manager. When she asked the “manager” she has a huge grin and sarcastically asked the restroom was working? The lady who had also heard everything denied my niece. The lady helping just started us as I suggested going to the Thai place a few doors down. As we waited for my sister in law to return with my niece. My brother asked if the restroom wasn’t open to the public because of the people in the streets? The lady just responded yes. At this point I decided to go down the street to the original Michoacana on Florida & Sanderson. They could have made an exception to let a little girl use the bathroom. We were already going to buy a lot of products from them.The Thai restaurant let my niece use the restroom with out purchasing anything. It felt really nice to see that there’s still good people in the worlds. We ended up buying a few paletas a few mangoniadas, chicharrones and Ice cream down the street. We didn’t let these bitter people ruin the day. I just won’t set foot in this place.

My family enjoyed the icecream.. But it was warm inside and the desserts seemed to suffer because of it. ..and the lady wouldn't make a Sundae. Said it's not on the menu, but she had all the toppings and dressings to do so...it was sad.

Good selection of ice cream, they also had ice cream cakes the last time I went. Overall, a good place.

The employees are very nice and they give you big portions on the one scoop of ice cream cup, the place is clean and they have 5 tables to sit down
