9/6/2024 - First Time Motorcycle Rider

Had a fantastic experience with Brian and his team at Parriott Motors in St. Helena. I came from Fremont because I was waiting for the 2024 Honda CRF 300 LS; it took a few months of waiting for the bike to come in from Honda, but that seems more like a Honda supply chain issue more than an issue from their dealership network.

I felt that Brian gave me a fair price on the bike and helped me with some extra Honda accessories the day of my purchase.

Great people to know and even better people to purchase a new bike from!

My wife and I eased into motorcycles in our 50's with the purchase of a new CT125 from Parriott Motors. We live about an hour and a half away so my first introduction to the Parriott family was via phone. Everything from that first phone call to getting there and loading it on the truck was first class. I do not see many more bikes in our future, except for maybe a Ruckus, but if we ever are in the market again there is only one bike shop we will consider- Parriott Motors!

Like many, I have a busy life juggling family and work responsibilities. When the opportunity finally came that I could purchase a new 2018 Honda CRF250L Rally, I shopped online with several dealers to help save time calling or visiting dealers near me. Even though Brian did not have this particular model in stock, he was able to locate the exact one I wanted and he gave me the best out the door quote! Brian even pointed out a minor flaw one one of the bike's panel decals and promised to have the panel replaced on my next visit. I'm very impressed by his service and highly recommend Parriott Motors if you are looking to buy a Honda Powersport product!

I purchased a Honda Pioneer 700-4 from Parriott. They went out of their way to get me the machine I wanted and didn't try to talk me into just buying what was in stock. All other local dealers just told me they would call me when they got one in. Parriott called around and found what I was looking for, setup a trade for it, and had it ready by the time I got there. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good shop. I could not be happier with my purchase, and the crew at Parriott Motors.

I was in the market for a Honda CB500F. I had called several Honda Motorcycle dealerships and was told they were sold out and could not get one. When I called Parriot Motors I got in touch with Jerry. First thing he said was let me see what I can do. Sure enough, within a week he has one shipped from Bakersfield Ca. to his shop. I cant say enough how great my experience was with Jerry and how helpful he was with the entire process. I will buy from them again... A+++++

This is one of the only true Honda dealerships in the North bay. I drive right past my local dealership about thirty minutes to recieve excellent prices and great service.. Just got the new Honda 1000 pioneer eps in red . Have done previous business in the past with these guys and proven to be worth the drive everytime.. I always get notified of extremely good deals on anything in the showroom that needs to go . This is how you do business the right way. I have had many expeirences with other dealerships throughout the Region and this is proven to be the best. They won't try and squeeze you on past years model at full price..

Worst service I have ever experienced!
Over charged me for labor because he "had to figure it out." Sold me tires I didn't want. Do not take your bike here.

Took my W650 in for a carb cleaning after the bike had been sitting. My bike ran worse when I got it back. Carbs were way out of sink, floats were 4mm off and was running way too lean. That mechanic should be fired!!! He could have ruined my motor.
