So called crooked polices is what is preventing me from receiving the payday loans I was pre approved for Olivia is who I spoke to. I never seen a loan place that won't let u manually verify your account bank instead force u to do it thru online verification which is absolutely backwards is your having issues Buyer beware.

I was pre-approved then went online and filled out all the paperwork, signed the contract, the top of my contract said my application was approved then I was sent an email saying I was denied. I was so relieved at first because I'm in need of that money to survive till my next paycheck just to be let down. It is very misleading and heartbreaking for someone in need as much as I am. They were my last hope. I have nothing. I'm at rock bottom and this review will be the last thing I do.

The worst and rudest business model I have ever seen. They take all your info, approve you, have you sign all the acceptance papers, then when it’s time to send the money; they have the audacity to say it was denied, afrer signing papers? I have never in my life heard of that. Then you want to be rude and hang up? Very very rude and unprofessional service. What a waste of time

I called about almost every loan place in Salinas due to not having the best credit I needed something to over look that and give me a chance.
As i walked in the owner greeted me explained the process since it was the first time I did have go through the process but who doesn’t .. I did a follow up and I got approved I like each one of the employees that work here! I get along with all of them witch is great. Now I’ve become a regular, my mom also got herself a loan! It’s not bad at all guys 10/10 thanks guys for everything! S/O to Ryan! He’s awesome!

This Payday today Loan in Salinas do Not loan to peoples of Color. They are PREJUDICES, they will take your application then send you a link to provide your ID and once they see that you are a People's of color then they Denial you with No reason except a stupid one that does not make any since. Then these 2 idiots have the nerve to ignore your calls when you trying to check the status of the loan. Just look at their reason reviews they have NO experience in Customer service. Peoples of Color, I encourage you to apply online and see how they handle your application. They are prejudices, they do not Loan to peoples of Color. I am trying to find out who owner of this business, these 2 peoples should be fined, immediately. There will be a complaint filed against this business, they are Discriminating against Peoples of Color.
Just so both of you know, you 2 Idiots sickens me. I am in my best efforts to find out who owns this business, and I will.
Does anyone know who is the Owner of this business or how I can get in touch with the Corporate Office?
