I have delivered loads to this warehouse before but had not had any problems until yesterday. Now they have a new business, they have agreed in this company Garcia Lumpers Services to charge you for “arranging” the load so that Pepsi can receive it. As you can see in the photos, the load was fine, only a few pallets were a little moved, but none were on the floor, nor had they been disassembled. However, the security guard told me that they did not ask me to receive the load, and that I should call Garcia Lumpers Company so that they could fix the load for me. They made me wait until today at 04:00 and charged me $450 for “arranging the load”. The funny thing is that when I called Garcia Lumpers, they already knew what had happened, how many pallets had to be fixed, and how it was going to be done, the time and everything. It really is unfair that they make you pay so much money for an unnecessary service. And this happened to two more trucks that arrived after me. So be careful with the security guard and the manager of that warehouse.

He entregado cargas en esta bodega antes pero no habia tenido ningun problema, hasta ayer. Ahora tiene un nuevo negocio, estan de acuerdo en esta compania Garcia Lumpers Services para cobrarte por “acomodar” la carga para que la Pepsi te reciba la carga. Como se puede ver en las fotos, la carga estaba bien, solo estaban un poco movidas algunas pallets, pero ninguna estaba en el piso, ni se habia desarmado. si embargo el guardia de seguridad me dijo que no me pidian recibir la carga, y que le hablara a Garcia Lumpers Company para que me arreglaran la carga. Me hicieron esperar hasta hoy a las 04:00 y Me cobraron $450 por “Arrglar la carga” . Lo curioso, es que cuando le hable a Garcia Lunpers, ellos ya sabian lo que habia pasdo, cuantas palles habia que arreglar, y como se iba hacer, la hora y todo. Realmente es injusto que te hagan pagar tanto dinero por un servico innecesario. Y esto le paso a dos camiones mas que llegaron despues de mi. Para que le pongan cuidado con el guardia de seguridad y el manager de esa bodega.

Para descargar son muy lentos además de que no tienen suficiente espacio ahí que esperar hacer fila para que te interroguen y te cheken la mercancía abren a las 8 el guarda de seguridad te corre si llegas antes de las 8

Checked in for receiving at 0738 for an 0900 appointment. Left around 1030. The check in was quick, the checkout was quick. One the easier PepsiCo’s to deliver to. Don’t try to take your dogs out here, pets aren’t allowed on the property. Must carry them out the front gate to relieve them.

All staff are very rude and with name Jenifer colmenares he is one of supervisor he said to my driver get out from our facility as well they rejected our load without any reason they said your load is fall down and driver wait from 8.30 am to 3 pm but they didn't unload

I arrived at 0815 for what I thought was a 0900 apt, but evidently my actual appointment was 6 days later. My company had already been trying to get an earlier appointment, without my knowledge, so they worked me in. Even with all of that, I was unloaded and gone at 1040. The gate guys and everyone I dealt with were all super friendly and professional. All in all, I have zero complaints.

OTR use left lane at gate on Tipaldi to enter. I checked in a 7:36am for 8am appt. No problem. If your assigned dock is open, there is room to get flipped around and avoid blindside. Tandems back if assigned the canopy docks at the end. Guard said docks 4, 5 or 6. But it's actually 2, 3 or 4 that are in use. 5 & 6 are blocked. I got a door and they started immediately. Had to knock a star off for no parking, and legal parking is hard to find around here.
