Went in today to look at the gym and most likely sign up for a membership (x2) and was told to walk around the gym and look that i would have to "register" which is just a sham to get your contact info and spam your phone and email and I asked if it was a safety waiver or just to obtain my contact info and was told "it's sort of a waiver". I politely declined to sign up since it was indeed not a waiver of any sort. After I declined I was leaving and decided to stop by the front door for 15-30 seconds to look at what I could see from the entrance since I wasn't allowed to walk around and look at their set up and machines. While I was looking from the front door for that brief 15-30 seconds some funny looking little fat bald dude came up to me and my girlfriend and said since we won't "register" with the gym that we can "go ahead and leave". Fortunately I liked the set up of the gym and will still most likely sign up but just wanted to point out the laughable service given by the funny looking little bald dude. As I was going to write this review I found out there are many bad reviews on said funny looking little bald dude. Maybe it's time for a change of personal for him.

PF S Church is a fantastic gym, (please pardon my delay on reviewing, I’ve been happy every workout since I started 10/24). Hard working nice, happy, healthy and such helpful folks that work here - they make it extra special - thanks guys, and check out the recent renovation!

I’ll never workout at the church at pf again. It’s filthy. Dust or dog hair all over the floor. Vents that aren’t cleaned. It’s mold. I get a headache every time I go in there. Manager needs to give this place some attention and keep it clean especially when working out and needing clean air as lungs open.

I recently moved to the area from out of state and have been checking out local gyms. When we stopped by this location, we asked if we could take a look around before getting a membership. Instead of a warm welcome, we were immediately told we had to input all of our personal information into a kiosk just to get a tour.
We politely declined and were told to leave and as we stood near the entrance for maybe 15–20 seconds just glancing at what we could see, Robert approached us and told us that if we didn’t want to provide our information, we needed to walk out the door.
It was an incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. First impressions matter. Especially for new people in the area—and this one made it very clear that customer service and courtesy aren’t a priority here, as I see many other reviews of people being kicked out for no reason.

I usually really enjoy going here and have no issues, which is why I hate to leave a low review, but I wanted to bring something to the company's attention. This sounds terrible to say, but the free memberships for teenagers is ruining the experience for the adults who actually pay to be there. Ever since June 1st when the deal started, there have been swarms of teens just standing around machines to hang out and not actually using them. They just seem to pick spots to hang out in groups and then no one can actually use the equipment in the area. Last night I had to wait an hour to use the hip thrust machine because a group of 5 teenage girls set their yoga mats up all around it. They weren't using it, just hanging out on yoga mats surrounding it. I haven't seen any of the teens actually working out.

They are also loud and disruptive. They yell and shriek. At one point, two teen boys started racing each other back and forth across the gym as they scratched their rears making monkey noises.

I feel that parents are just signing these kids up and dropping them off to get rid of them for a while. If this persists, I may have to go to a different gym this summer because this is insane.
