I only provide feedback when it's 5 stars or horrible service. The folks over at PS are total rock stars! Seriously. Our house was built in the early 70's, so you can imagine the hope that I would be able to find those parts. Well, PS had the entire kit to completely rebuild my 3 handle set up. Down to the inner spacers. Superb communication and quick shipping after needing to wait just a few days for a backorder. Could not be any happier with PS.

Placed order for a toilet flush valve specific to my toilet design. The ordered unique product was replaced by a generic product that was not even the same size or dimensions. I was not contacted about product replacement. The replacement did not even come with all the parts. There was no way to fasten the flush valve to the toilet tank. So, the business plan is to send You. what they have and hope You won’t spend the excessive amount of time to argue with them about it. I wish I could rate lower than a 1. Not a customer oriented business at all. Stay away from this company.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a water level sensor and couldn't get it to work. I figured it was bad and was planning to return it for exchange. I e-mailed their customer service and I received not only a reply e-mail but also a phone call to put me in touch with their technical support. The technical support was very good and gave me the information I needed. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the product, I just needed to hook it up differently. A day later, I got another follow-up call from customer service to make sure my issue had been resolved and that my part was working.

I ordered a part for an American Standard toilet. It was close to $300. I installed it. It leaked. I had to call a plumber. He said in his 17 years he never had an experience like that with a part (fill valve) that leaked. I returned it. They deducted 15% restocking fee. They should have refunded my purchase price. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Horrible customer service. I ordered 3 bathroom sink drains a week ago and they just called me and said even though it is in stock it would be 9 business days before they could ship it, and could not even tell me how they could ship it. The lady on the phone suggested I just cancel the order (after I paid $350.00 for it a week ago). I cancelled the order. BEWARE THIS COMPSANY!!!

I have an under-sink water filter system and ordered a refill kit, same as I had three years ago. When PlumbingSupply found that the manufacturer no longer made them, they called them to find an alternative supply to offer me. I never had to wonder what to do or search on my own. Great service.
