While visiting with my dad from out of state, his water pressure came to a hault. We both tried to contact numerous well and pump companies in the area, and Scott from Priority Pump and Filter was the only one who returned our call or email, and he did the same day we contacted him only a short time later. He not only called us back, but walked us through different parts of the water system and its function to troubleshoot on our own before needing him to come to my dad's address. He was not only right on the mark with his expertise, but was also very kind and with a good sense of humor.
Scott with Priority Pump and Filter Service saved us A LOT of money, and we can't thank him enough.
It's not just honest and trustworthy businesses like his that are getting harder and harder to find, but the people behind them.

Lost water at my house over a holiday weekend, and Scott came through. He responded quickly and even tried to talk me through it over the phone the night before then the next day on July 4th he was able to fix the issue fast, and didn’t overcharge. Super professional and fair—highly recommend!

Woke up on Saturday morning with no water. Called the big name company that offered 24/7 service and got an answering machine at 7:30 telling me their tech would call right back. By 9 no call so tried Priority - the were at my house within 1/2 hour, diagnosed the problem within minutes, and by 4:00pm new pump was installed - at a very reasonable price. (I did receive a call back from big name at 12:30 - by then the Priority was half done.)
I can't say enough about the excellent service and recommend Priority Pump to anyone needing water service.
I've never written a review, but I was so impressed I had to let others know.
