We have lived in Province for 6 months now and live it. The club house is beautiful maintained to excellent standards. The HOA staff are always available to answer your questions. Gate security are friendly, there nightly patrols make you feel safe, lots to do with tons of friendly neighbors. Beautiful wildlife, from quail, rabbits, hummingbirds, ducks geese and even roadrunner. Here for the Bettles tribute band...they are late, like over an hour late and still waiting.

Went to community center to take pics for my mom and mother in law as they are interested in moving there and the receptionist came running over and "stop!! You can't take pictures here!! You Need approval from the hoa!!! I was not welcome there and will not recommend anyone nor my family to move there after that behavior. You guys just lost 700k congrats

We are new to Province and are very happy with the move, the community, the club house, green belts, lakes. Province has a small town feeling where everyone speaks and are friendly. Highly recommended it to anyone looking for a 5 star 55 plus community.

We visited my father-in-law here and I was blown away by how beautiful the community was & all the activities they had going on! I can't wait to visit again!

Too many clicks, the people moving in are not the same type as years ago. The town is turning into a ghetto. Residents do not like rules do what they want and HOA does not follow Thur with fines.

I can't really give this any real rating. One of my relatives lives in the community so it's not a place that my rating would help some outside person. The people that live there seem to like it a lot. They have many activities for the residents of the community but unless you live there don't think you can go have a good time there.

Absolutely the most friendly and helpful place I have been. This close knit community has a way of making all your worrys fade away .well maintained and beautiful landscape make this a fabulous place to live and visit.

OMG PROVINCE IS ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACES TO LIVE IN, IT'S CLEAN BEAUTIFUL, AND VERY NICE PEOPLE STAY HERE AND IT'S SAFE I WOULD TELL OTHERS AND MANY OF MY FRIENDS THAT ARE 55 AND OVER TO LOOK INTO THIS PLACE CUZ IT'S NICE I'M VERY HAPPY KEVIN JACKSON SR
