I came here after stopping at the downtown office and seeing it packed to the brim. This location had a dedicated desk for tag renewal (thank you!) So I was in line for maybe 10 minutes, spent about 2 minutes with the clerk, and was on my way. It also was moving pretty quickly for folks who took a number, it seemed.

Lmao someone took down my last review but like I said before the skinny light skin lady here with curly hair has a funky attitude and everytime I go in here she gives me a certain snobby look and she tried to make it hard for me to get my cdl packet. Idk her nor have I done anything to her but she gives very much HATER vibes it’s not my fault she’s miserable at her job .. anywho I’ll be in soon for her to take my picture ?

I purchased a two year renewal last year. My new stickers never arrived and after trying to call for hours , I went to the office . I was told my registration had been transfer ,that's why my stickers hadn't arrived . I told her it was an error and she called in and had it corrected. Then she made me pay $9.00 because I had waited for them to send me my stickers. This was their error and they should not charge me for their screw up ! So I recommend going anywhere else because the lady just laughed at me. Never trust these guys ... Apparently they don't care because they govern themselves . Do not pay for anything in advance especially from these guys.

There are NEVER enough employees to help. It’s unacceptable and just remains me of how completely inefficient the state government is. I’ve awaited for six hours before with maybe 10 people at most in there. It’s laughable. They need more people. Or they need the people they have to work more quickly. They stand around talking. The manager or supervisor just kid of wonders around not talking to anybody. They will sit at a desk doing nothing g for 10-20 minutes, while there are customers waiting to be helped. This place is one of my hells.

Over priced to change a DL !! Great service, very helpful just ridiculous prices for changing out of state ID/ DL.. and to get the " Real Id " the one with the star !! Yes you have to pay full price again ! Just gouging the pocket book ! Then they take the one I had paid for from my previous address ! I sure hope they destroy them after they take it ! I was told that it is The Policy here ! Good helpful employees and fast in and out . Bad policies and prices in my opinion!

I've always gotten excellent service at the Sherwood location. Never a very long wait, even when it appears to be several waiting! They have been helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly each time I've been there! I won't go to another DMV location, Sherwood is where it's at!

I haven’t even been in there yet, but I had to call several times because I kept forgetting the information that they were telling me and I thought they would be annoyed with me, but each person I spoke with- SO sweet, SO kind, and SO patient with me!! Sherwood DMV for the win!
