E tenido un mal desacuerdo por parte de Tom porque residente mente el día 27 de noviembre me programaron una cita para revisión de transmisión y quería que pagara cuando ellos ya saben que el problema es de fábrica y me dijo que su carro tenía el mismo problema como dándome a entender que me aguantara 😡😡la única persona que sea portado muy bien es Guillermo quien me ayudó a traducir y se a comportado comprensible

Owned many Hondas and have gone previously to other dealers for service/repairs. Here: Good work at better rates, friendly customer service reps (like Jennifer and Tom) who go the extra mile, and reliable shuttle service if you drop-off your car. Downside is they’re usually pretty busy, so there may be longer waits. Tip: It seems it’s best to call their Service dept between 9-5pm (if you call at the margin or just outside their usual hours, a different - non-local? - service may answer and those reps may not be as knowledgeable in helping you to prep your car properly or to optimize scheduling — you may end up later with a wasted appointment).

Brought my 2023 Type R in for the first oil change service. Alex and team did a great job from scheduling the appointment, checking me in on arrival and explaining the service, then performing the service within the hour. In addition, he ordered the parts to perform the power steering recall on the car.

I had the worst experience at a dealership. Mario assisted us, and I was interested in a Honda Civic Hybrid. The supervisor, Ricky, asked if we were serious and mentioned he could lower the price by $500. Mario then stated he would keep it at $28,000. We initially left but returned an hour later, determined to buy the car. I called Mario to confirm if the $28,000 offer was still valid, and he said yes.

Upon our return to the dealership, Mario told me he needed to check with the supervisor about the price. Ricky, the supervisor, came over, and I found him to be very dishonest. I asked him, “Can’t we settle on $28,000?” He responded, “If you were serious the first time, I would have given it to you, but I didn’t guarantee it.”

I also had an approved loan with Chase, and they assured me they would not inquire about our credit history. I agreed to check if they could offer us a better interest rate without making inquiries. When I asked Mario if he was sure there wouldn’t be any credit checks, he said it wasn’t a record check. Minutes later, we received alerts indicating that there were inquiries made on our credit.
After we informed them that we had decided to choose our bank, they still submitted our credit application to multiple banks without our consent. My husband was meant to be my co-applicant, but they listed him as the primary applicant instead. Mario, who acted deceitfully, told my husband to sign in a place marked as "primary," insisting it didn't matter. They lied to our faces and showed no shame. I strongly advise against using this dealership.
