Long story short.. we are first time home buyers and we needed a temporary tank set up and another company brought out the wrong boom truck to set our tank!!! A day before our home inspection and the appraiser were suppose to come out! We were completely screwed. But signature propane was amazing! The gal who answered my phone call was very sympathetic and got the ball rolling trying to get a technician out to put in a regulator and a pigtail so we could set a temporary 25 gallon tank. NICK was awesome!! He was able to come out within 20 min to set up the regulator and pigtail and got it done in less than 20 min! My husband later on went to install the temporary tank but couldn’t get the propane to flow through the lines. So we called nick for some guidance. He didn’t have to help us through this process we understand they are busy! But he took the time to help us through the process!! Just amazing! Once we close escrow we will be using signature propane no question about it !!

As others have noted, I would avoid this company due to the dishonest office staff. There are plenty of good companies that will service your propane needs. I called for a payoff amount which was paid over the phone. Month later, I got a $20 bill saying I owed more money. I called and talked to staff, and even though they made the mistake, they still wanted to bill me. I politely told them I was not paying more money after I called for a payoff amount. I had to resort to blocking them for repeated calls as a result of their $20 mistake. It's always amazing how cooperative someone can be when you complain publicly. I wish you were this reasonable the 2nd and third time I called to clear up your mistake.

Nick is an awesome employee!!!
He is very efficient and courteous, and we really appreciate it when he services our tanks.

I smelled propane and went searching for the smell. Sure enough I found a leak at the tank. I called the main number in the morning to notify signature of the leak, when I called it was about 7:30am in the morning and I left a message regarding the leak. Not even 10 mins passed by and I was getting a call back from Nick. Nick was great, 5 stars for him. He called, confirmed the details with me of the leak, headed out, took care of business, and got the leak taken care of. He made sure to communicate his progress with me and that I greatly appreciated. Haley was great as well, I communicated with her to confirm any credit for the leak and Signature took care of me.
From the beginning of when I signed up with Propane till now the staff has been great, friendly, and helpful. This is truly a 5 star business.

We moved to Pollock Pines 15 months ago. Shopped around for propane companies and everyone I asked recommend Signature. The prices are fair, the staff are friendly and their customer service is the best. Hailey who answers the phone is always nice and Tyler is the best. I recently smelled propane in my house and was concerned. Tyler came right out and explained everything to me. I was in my back office and didn't hear him deliver earlier- thus the smell. I felt silly but he was there to reassure that our family and my 84 year old mother in law was safe. I highly recommend these folks!

I can’t recommend Signature Propane enough. After a year of dealing with Suburbans poor customer service and price gouging, we got tired of outrageous propane bills and reached out to Signature. They got us set up quickly and we haven’t looked back. They provide the best prices in the area, and their customer service is invaluable. We recently ran out of propane on a cold Saturday in November and Jordan came out within hours to fill our tank. He was both friendly and professional, and represented Signature Propane with pride. If you’re tired of overpaying for propane and want to support a local family business, switch to Signature. We wish we had sooner.
