I am a repeat customer.! This morning I went to the Pasadena location to get my blueprint printed. As I walk inside, there a Hispanic walking out asking "are you sending something to the email?" I said yes. I stand in the lobby for at least 15 mins and no one came to help me. 10 mins later that same guy came back and walked pass me to the back. For another good 5 mins, still no one but there are two guys standing in the back chit chatting. So, I say loud to make they hear if they received my email and when is the pri ting will be done.
A old bald guy with a beard came out with an attitude asking if I send something to the email? I told him thatI told the other guy 15 mins ago. He said "I should poke my head in the back for service. "
While he was behind the wall, he saying to the other guy that I have an attitude..
I heard it then I left.
I WILL NEVER COME.BACK TO YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN

My favorite place to stop by for all my printing needs. They have done vehicle wraps, banners, decals and shirts for my business. Absolutely recommend Ivan and his staff. They tend to get busy, but the wait is absolutely worth the results.

The Owner of this place treated me with such disrespect more like garbage! I would never go back there nor recommend to anyone. I ordered pictures to be scanned and enlarged and when I went to pick them up they were all different background color. When I brought it to there attention the owner came and he asked if his employee had showed me a color sample and I said no. So rather than redo it he tells me it all depends is my client high end or not and that who cares it is probably just going to be hung in a salon (which it isn't) and that oh well that's how it is and if I don't like it just leave. Not even an apology or nothing. I said why didn't they adjust the color on photoshop beforehand or call me and he said his employees get paid a lot per hour and that if they were going to adjust the colors that they will waste to much time on each one and not finish other work. I was not even screaming and he kept saying don't scream and I was like trust me if I scream you would know the difference. He was not willing to adjust there mistakes since apparently I was supposed to get a color sample. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE OWNER NEEDS TO TAKE A CLASS ON HOW TO TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS. I WOULD EVEN GIVE IT ZERO STAR!!!!!!!!

I work with these guys to fill printing and car wrap orders from my clients and I can't say enough about their attention to quality. They are perfectionist which explains why they are quickly becoming leaders in the car and van wrap industry in SGV. Guys have great personalities. One tip is that they get busy, so don't worry about calling to check on status of order.
