Do not recommend this smoke shop! I just called to ask if they had a specific item and the woman on the phone said they did so I started to ask how much they were, and she literally cut me off and said, "Just come in and look at them okay? Bye!" and hung up the phone!!!!! I've never had a worker do that to me before. So I called Sonora Cigarettes + Smoke Shop by Gus's and the lady was so sweet and nice and went above and beyond to answer my questions. Go there instead.

The way in which things seem to be getting handled here lately have changed for the worst. I've went in the last 4 times and it seems like they stopped ordering the Cigars I would purchase in the 10 pack full box pack. I believe it was the actual owner that I had spoken to quite a while back when he was trying to get things running better and he had asked what it was that I purchased there. I gave him the information and he said that he would make sure that they would start handing the Cigars better. I will say, it looked to be moving well until about a month ago when things did seem to happen, and unfortunately, happen in the wrong way. The Cigar section seems to be a lot less taken care of, and on my part, by not stocking items that were moving well.

This is the best smoke shop around!! Marissa, the manager, is on point, she definitely knows her stuff and is very nice. The store is always clean and stocked! It's a one stop shop kind of place!

Just moved to the area yesterday and this was our first visit to Sonora smoke shop. They had everything we needed and a very good selection. The two ladies working, Marissa and Naomi were friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had an issue that could have become a very bad evening for my husband..lol, but Marissa went above and beyond to help us out. We can't say thank you enough and it's solidified...second day here and we are loyal customers from here on out!!!

Asked for help and the staff completely blew me off. I had one simple question and the lady who works there was such a jerk about it... Still, the store has everything you need and the rest of the staff seem nice enough.

Purchased, vape juice. Lemon Custard. Female employee was very helpful and friendly. It's always been my go to place, for all things Vape. They have a great selection of everything. Both vape and non vape stuff.
