Owner is so kind and this store has EVERYTHING. Looks small on the outside - is NOT! There’s a downstairs with all the screws and plumbing parts you would need. So many specific pieces. Make sure you know what you need exactly before going. Pics are just from the screw section.

A friend and I visited this hardware store yesterday, seeking a specific screw fastener for his vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service from the single employee on duty. When I asked for assistance finding the part, I was told to climb a ladder and search for it myself. When I returned to the cashier with the part, I was met with a rude response: 'How am I supposed to know what the price is?' This was not only unhelpful but also made me feel like I was expected to be an employee, rather than a customer.

To make matters worse, after we found the price tag and purchased the part, we were asked to return additional pieces to the shelf. We were floored!

Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and the employee's attitude. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and assistance, especially when I'm seeking help with a specific product. Unfortunately, this store fell short of my expectations.

They had just closed at 4pm, but the clerk re-opened up for me and my buddies. We got just a package of firewood. But that fire kept us warm on one of the most memorable nights of my life. Great hardware store. Fabian always helps me with questions about something I’m working on and offers solutions. Won’t get that at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Also the prices are competitive with the big chains and online often even cheaper. Great selection of nuts and bolts downstairs. I’m always surprised by how much they have there. They even go out of the way to help my girlfriend cut some metal out of her computer keyboard stand so it would fit on her desk. Great service!!!
