I've been banking with SFCU for several years now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their services. The staff is incredibly friendly and always acts in your best interest, just like a fiduciary should.

For my recent auto loan experience, Sudha and Evelyn were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to sort things out with the dealership and had my loan documents ready, even during the busy holiday season. Their dedication and professionalism made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

I wanted to deposit the cash in this location. The staff at the reception told me that "this is a cashless branch, so please use the ATM machine outside to deposit your cash". I followed the instructions to deposit 80 bills...the machine got stuck in the process. I cancelled the deposit, however the machine gave me $800 short. I went inside to report it and I was told that you shouldn't have put more than 40 bills at a time even though the machine clearly said on the screen that I could put maximum of 80 bills. Upon further enquiring, I was told by the staff that I am not the only one who got his money stuck in the machine and since a vendor is maintaining the machine, SCU needs to now wait for the vendor to check and confirm if they found the bills inside....what a horrible experience. I wish I was told that the ATM machine in this branch has issues with depositing cash....please avoid this branch!

They lost my credit card. I've been trying to get it back and they put me on hold forever. Nobody knows where it is. I've never seen such a bunch of bungeling unprofessional people in my life. Why in the he'll can't they locate my card? It's been a nightmare and I don't deserve this.

I’ve been banking with Stanford Federal Credit Union since 1992, and my parents even longer than that before me. I cannot say enough about the consistent exceptional experience we receive during every interaction with SFCU‘s team. Recently (and now for the 5th time), we applied for an auto loan and were not only given exceptional rates, but were also accommodated incredibly by Mr. Ryan Yaffe. As we all know, in this market it is even harder to find good vehicles, and the sellers market in which we all need to deal and negotiate - Ryan was able to be exceptional in his responsiveness and service, as we tried to capture the perfect deal on a used car. Because of Ryan’s professionalism, we did obtain the vehicle we desired, and were able to contend in this crazy market, with no issue at all. Whether working with a private seller, franchise dealership, or non-franchise dealership, SFCU and Ryan, will be seamless and supportive every time. We look forward to future mortgage, auto loan, savings, investment, etc. opportunities with SFCU. Thank you again!

This was my first visit here. I applied for an account online and was told by Nino through email to go into the bank to get me debit card. I came and requested one and was told by a teller I couldn’t get one. I then said what’s the point of having an account if I can’t have a card to make deposits and withdrawal. Then another teller named Angelica rudely commented “well we are a small credit union’ First of all no one was looking at her or talking to her and she said it very rudely and sassy, basically telling me oh well. Another customer next to me also asked what her name was because she was rude to her as well. This made me question if I wanted to continue having an account there. The only reason I gave two stars was because the teller helping me was very professional and was trying to help me out and was able to get me a debit card.

SFCU provides awesome loaning service and rapid response. It's faster than most of the banks on the market and offers better person to person help. After a few comparisons I decided to go with SFCU. And it did not let me down.
